I'm pleased with everything that the technical support people helped me out with my new phone that I recently purchased from them. Transferring all my information from the older phone to the new Phone. It only took a few minutes and he was really kind and courteous. I was on the phone call with what I wanted without any problems! Thanks again for everything
The young man who assisted me last week was very friendly welcoming and helpful. He was honest and informed me of my many options. He did not treat me like a sell. He actually cared that I was happy with my purchased phone
Ordered this phone and received it on time. Got the phone finally to turn on it took 30 mins to finally come on. So, can't be a new phone. Finally did and update which also took about 30 mins. The phone looked nice and new, but the speaker phone does not work, no one can hear me but I can hear them. The charger that came with the phone also did not work. Updated 5/18/22: Someone did reach out to me and I was able to get a live person finally and come to find out if was my husband phone that was messed up and my phone works great on speaker. The charger was defective but they resent me another charger piece and I am now very satisfied with my purchase.
I've been buying from this website for years because they are a good phone discounter. 99% of the time they are good with helping people with their phones and they will help you if you call in with questions, however just like any other place, it depends on the representative who is helping you

I didn't have the first clue of what to do when I first came into the website but the representatives told me step by step what I needed to do to get The phone I wanted when I called. They were extremely helpful and respectful as well as patient! The representatives knew exactly what to do all I had to do was explain my problem to them! Thanks melvin! Best manager ever!
Placed an order on 21Apr22 for a NIGHTHAWK hotspot. Credit card showed pending charge. 25Apr22 I called regarding status. "3 business days to process order". 26Apr22, web site listed "additional information needed". Credit card showed refund of charged amount. My inquiry yielded result of "you will receive response call by 4 PM tomorrow". 15 minutes before the appointed time, I called, explained situation. "You need to buy your product from another vendor." SCAM?…. Judge for yourself.
UPDATE: After 2 weeks and 2 attempts, I received the correct device, no issues with it. Owner of business called to verify accurate completion of transaction. If this had been the case from the start, at first sign of an issue, I would have rated 4 stars.
Terrible company, I paid for 3 day shipping on a cell phone, 2 weeks later still hasnt even shipped, called and got a rep, wont ship for another 10 days... he was rude and abruptly said he would refund my money and hung up. So I have to give a real bad rating being I asked if it was stock, how long it would be to ship, he said I could pay for 3 day shipping so I did..
A few days late- however cannot say enough about the associate Jack that assisted me! He was fantastic and answered all my basic questions to help me with my order. He was kind, knowledgeable and very patient. I recently upgraded my phone and had many unforeseen charges. Jack helped clarify and even offered her time to help me find ways to save! Thank you Jack! I will be back when I am ready to purchase new phones for my family.
The most amazing. The customer service team all gave classic expert service. Jack, that young man is wise beyond his years and very professional and friendly. He's a southern gentleman from Virginia. With amazing southern hospitality... But besides customer service their products do come as advertised!
I ordered a Moto G7 plus on 1/12/2022. It showed in stock on website so I was expecting it since it said shipment would arrive in 10-14 days. On 1/24/2022, I still did not see the shipment so i checked online and it said shipment was cancelled since it's out of stock. I called the customer service to see what happened. The guy answered the phone was very rude. He literally said " to call what? If we sent you an email stating it's cancelled and it's cancelled!" I have never seen a customer service like this. I was going to ask him more and he simply hung up on me.
Definitely avoid this merchant. Imagine if you receive a phone and contact them if there is a problem with the phone, what would happen!
So I came in their website looking to upgrade my phone but didn't really know what I wanted because all I've ever had were iPhones. Was helped by this super nice guy named Adam and actually switched to the Google pixel 6 because he was very informative with all the questions I had, when I called them. The website itself is very bright and clean and I'm just happy I have a phone company I can now rely on so I don't have to drive forever to get to a phone. Will definitely be returning here for all my phone needs. 10 outta 10 experience.
I would like to thank Electronicsforce for the outstanding service I received. I got a new phone and did not know how to get it activated, because my service provider store doesn't know how to activate old flip phones for my grandma. Melvin was extremely patient, helpful, and courteous. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable he was. He was very capable and was able to help me with everything I needed. I have been to many Cell stores around the country and this is the best one yet. I had an bought a phone from them through their website. And after an hour since I sent an email to them asking if the phone I bought could work with my service provider and if it is also ok to work over seas. I bought a galaxy s20 ultra from them, they quickly replied with the most detailed information about it and in a very respectful manner. I waited like 2 days from them to process my order and even with free shipping I managed to get the phone in the 10th day which is impressive! Phone came new in original box with all its accessories.
That is customer service! And thats how you should deal online.

I bought exactly what i was looking for as he had the patience & professional knowledge of the phone. Because im an old folk and its my first smartphone.
