This was my first time purchasing with ElevateStyles and I will do it again. The produce came faster than I expected plus I had to make a change to the delivery address and they responded promptly. As for the product, Bobbi Boss Crochet Nu Locs, I love the look and feel of it, sadly, it was too heavy for my hair.
Received my Alexia wig, very excited until I opened the packaging and noticed that on the crown it looked to be defective. I called customer service and was told to take a picture and send it to them. I feel that the represenative should have been more helpful. To me that is a disservice. I guess I am stuck with defective merchandise.
This wig came in 3 days! Awesome shipping and the wig looks great. But the only thing i have a problem with is the wig is bigger than i expected so most likely i wont really wear it (my head is too small). I would recommend you order from here but do more research on the size of the unit you are ordering. Thanks!

I bought 2 wigs this purchase. Zury Human Blend Collection PM Lace Front Wig Lynn - Colors: 1B And The Wig Brazilian Human Hair Blend Lace Front Wig LH Ocean - Colors: SHIMMERY SILVER. The silver wig I was most excited for and it did not live up to the picture. The wig itself was thinner then I imagined. The wig cap was entirely too small to the point where the bangs were not to my upper cheek bones like In the picture. I stopped trying to get the wing on and just came to terms with returning it.

Personally I ordered from this site Atleast twice and I never had any issues. They even come with a free wig cap. I placed a order on friday and I received the package on that following monday. They are very fast compared to the other companies. Only complaint I have is I wish the website was a bit more user friendly it can be hard to navigate items, and they are always out of stock, but other than that I love this site!

I was quite upset to have received a card from the royal mail requesting that I pay a fee of £11.96. This was to cover incorrect postage fee and handling charges. I had to pay approximately £10 for shipping the least you could have done was to pay the correct postage fee,
Additionally customers should be advised that they are required to pay the royal mail for your handling charge,
