This is regarding EE Distribution. I've placed several thousand dollars worth of orders with them and all they do is just backorder you to oblivion. There's no way for you to even know where your place is in line for the backorders and there's no estimate.

Also to re-iterate what others have said, they also charge 15% for the cancellation fee when you try to cancel! Stay away from this place at all costs. Who knows if you'll ever get your product when you place an order? Look for a better distributor than this.

"Their wholesale distribution operation (EE Dist) totally Sucks! They make you pre-order and then don't ship the product when it arrives but back order you. Then if you want to cancel and get it from a "REAL" distributor they would charge you a cancellation fee. Then for items that I have received, 50% of the time they are damaged and they can't help you unless the item itself is damaged. So try selling am item for full price with a damaged box, fat chance. But they do to their own clients, at TOP $$$. Its too obvious, they want their cake and to eat it to. I dont know why manufactures still keep them in business. "

This company has a wonderful and huge selection of goods. Everything from Star wars and Jurassic Park to X-men and Doctor Who. Movies, tv shows, everything cult related you can find, this business will have it.
Their graphic novel selection is not as huge as I would have liked but that's fine as they have more than enough in other categories to keep your business stocked with great collectibles and toys.
Entertainment Earth have a team that value their customers and business. For anyone new to Entertainment Earth, the team will answer any and all questions that you have regarding their business. They are quick to reply to emails but also welcome calls. Upon having my account accepted so i could do business with this company, i received a call from one of their staff, Jerry. He informed me over the phone that I had been accepted to do business with this company. He was very helpful and friendly.
Upon my first purchase with this company, it ran into trouble with customs in Hawaii but that was not because of Entertainment Earth, As a matter of fact, they were active in assisting me with making sure that the goods arrived in my country and were supportive the entire way. Jerry even followed up via email to make sure there were no further issues.
I would definitely say with all confidence this is a spectacular company to do business with.
