Epaycore has wonderful and efficient support for queries and issues encountered. Their follow up process is stellar, they go the extra mile to resolve queries and find solutions. I had multiple transfers to local bank accounts failing and I couldn't understand where the issue was, was it system related or was it the local banks not being able to process the transactions. The folks at Epaycore persisted with the query logged until it was resolved.
