There was a quality issue with the image on one side of the double-sided sign I ordered for my granddaughter's graduation. I sent pics to eSign via their online portal, and within an hour, they had contacted me to tell me they had issued another sign for production. AND, they made sure I got it before graduation. This will be a great surprise for my granddaughter. Thanks, eSigns!

Hi my name is Deb. I ordered a yard sign for my husbands small business on April 16,2020. I was having difficulty putting the text on it. I had never done this before. After a few times trying to accomplish the task and failing, I took advantage of the customer chat. I talked to Mary, and oh my gosh I should have done it earlier. She helped thru the entire process, and didn't make me feel like I was stupid. I would like to Thank her for all of her help. I also went back into E-Signs and ordered a sign holder for this sign. The sign holding clips were out of stock and I was notified by phone. But that wasn't a big deal, my husband was able to find clips to hold it. Thank you for the call. Next lets talk about the shipping! IT ONLY TOOK 2 DAYS! Unbelievable! My husband put the sign in the yard today and it looks great! Thank You so much, I will be ordering all of my needs from E-Signs.

Last two 6'x12' banners have been disappointing. Overall satisfaction through the years has been excellent. Whoever is packing large banners is not doing a very good job right now. I'll still use them though. They are fast, affordable and normally very helpful if a problem arises.
