After I explained my concerns below, I received a % refund within 24 hours. Very prompt reaction same as with the purchase earlier.

There seems to be no proof of trees being planted. I get it the Lordship titles are a fun gift, but my motivation was to help forest conservation efforts, and there's no evidence Established Titles have anything to do with that.

I made a mistake when ordering and put the words "Lord" and "Lady" in the space for the names, not realizing that "Lord" and "Lady" were already on the certificate, so when I reviewed them, the names said "Lord Lord", and "Lady Lady" before the actual names of the people's names, but right away and without hesitation, they were corrected! I was very impressed with the wonderful customer service and will definitely be passing this on to all my friends! Again, thank you so much for your help and service! Sue

I bought titles for my ENTIRE family with printed certificates. Not al the certificates were delivered. I contacted them immediately and was told "they ship separately". It's been a month, I have sent multiple emails and they have not answered me again. I am so disappointed that I paid so much (even donated to plant trees!) and they won't answer inquiries, and the certificates they do send are printed on glossy paper off the computer. Should have done my homework.

Ordering was difficult in that I ordered the same thing twice (and was charged twice).
Then it was difficult to get a proper refund, still not sure if I got the proper refund because it came in different amounts, and with the USA/CDN exchange who knows?
Being in touch was frustrating because replies came randomly addressed Lady/Lord (stock reply) which made me think no one is reading these or can't understand English.
I once asked if I was dealing with someone in Nigeria... no offence Nigeria but it has been the source of all the scams I've received.
It took way longer that stated to arrive so I thought I was being scammed.
I was going to do it for myself Brenda Lina Galminas but I'm afraid of the process.

This company seems to be a scam! I was silly enough to first think it might be a legitimate company that is interested in using the money for conservation in Scotland.

Upon further investigation I found that this company does not show an address for the company which is a legal requirement. The certificate does not have any identification that allows me to find out exactly where my plot is located such as GPS details. There is also no information available to show that they actually own land in Scotland. I believe this to be a scam.

I have contacted the company the very next day after purchasing (well within the 14 days they specify) about my issues and a refund, but have not heard anything from them... Whilst they can keep sending me junk emails of their promotions they are yet to reply to my concerns.

I purchased a 1 square foot land package for USD $50 (Ladyship title package) and received a digital certificate.

I understand this is a novelty gift, but it doesn't appear to linked to a physical plot of land.

For example, the legitimate company "Highland Titles", which you based your website on, offers the GPS coordinates of the plot of land you purchased, and runs actual tours of their land, located in Glencoe, Scotland.

For this reason, I would like a refund. Otherwise, I will report this organisation as a fraudulent seller, and seek a chargeback from my credit card company.

I have given the gift of the title to my son on his birthday, he is very interested in medieval times. This led to the research on the area, history, the town of Huntly, Highlanders, battles, castles, reading reports of archeological digs, the feeling of belonging, all that stuff. Naturally this title will not take one to the House of Lords (most likely), but it is a nice touch - histotically, geographically and self-esteem-ily :)
