Didn't drive for months so did not notice that tag had expired... AAA fellow mentioned when came to jump battery. Found Etag option online, called, and went from there.
Overall, very helpful, walked me through process, kept in touch via emails, texts, and phone calls provided temp "proof" in case driving and getting stopped - they thought of everything!
Received tag quickly with email requesting receipt confirmation.
All in all, although I hope to not need them again, I would use in a heartbeat 💟
