I was very pleased at the accuracy of the service timing and the level of knowledge the customer service staff have regarding how their process works to ask the right questions to able to give the highest level of service possible. The passport documents were delivered ahead of schedule and I received email updates of each step through their process allowing me to see that nothing was getting delayed or dropped along the process. Thank you!

Okay, I'm one of those people that calls ALOT as I tend to get very nervous about sending my precious documents to a company. However, I read the reviews and they seem to be really good. Plus I spoke with like every rep at the company and they were all super nice. I actually think they like what they do because they spent alot of time helping me with all of my questions. I still would rather never need to pay for rush service but what can you do sometimes. I needed my passport to get a visa for India and they helped me with everything. It was a great experience and I couldn't be happier.
Antonio is amazing and really helpful. I didn't think I could get my passport since I had issues getting my birth certificate. Anyway, he helped me and it was much easier than I thought. Thank you Express Passport!
Just got my passport this morning! Ordered on Monday and passport in hand by Thursday. That's a miracle if I've ever heard of one.
I actually called three other companies before I got a hold of someone that could help me and it was Express that answered on the first ring. So thank you for that. Also, thank you for being a company that will steer a customer in the right direction. I was ready to shell out thousands of dollars if necessary to get my passport but the agent told me that was not necessary and I could do the cheaper option to still get my passport within 4 days. I appreciate honesty and will always sing the praises of a company that does the right thing.

I thought I needed to renew my daughters passport but I am SO glad I called first. Apparently you need to file for a minor passport every single time which means I had to get the consent forms, etc. This would have cost me my trip because I was about to apply for a renewal. Thank you for helping me and my daughter.

I wasn't sure I needed fast passport processing but I'm glad I called Express. Both reps I spoke to explained everything to me and even gave me some options. I ended up using the service and I am glad I did because I couldn't afford to miss this trip. You only get so much vacation time! Haha
