Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but most seem to be very old. They must of changed something inside their business. I had a great experience from beginning to end. The pricing was the best in town, they followed up with me throughout the entire order, and they delivered my flooring in less than 2 weeks. Their service was fantastic. I am building a new house so I have dealt with a lot of online companies. Fastfloors.com was very easy to deal with.
Very bad experience, delayed delivery and products were damaged, customer service was horrible? Now I understand why so many complaints in Better Business Bureau against them

I purchased three separate orders from fastfloors.com. All three orders were delivered on time without any issues. We are now working in a large order of tile for our offices. I worked with a person there named Greg and I would highly recommend them.
