Very nice service. The best preset. I love it. It is very useful for all photographer.
Preset support best photos.
I am not a professional photographer ( I wish) but I like to put edits on photos that I love! I like to use the FIXTHEPHOTO PRESETS because I think its bright and makes my pictures more colorful:)
I recently got your free preset and have been enjoying the versatility and ease it brings to my editing workflow. I love the earthy brown tones, especially when combined with golden hour lighting, and find it needs only minimal tweaks to fit my needs. My usual adjustments include exposure, white balance, shadows and/or blacks... that's it! Thank you for creating such a great preset.
On this site, I found what I needed - modern tinting for videos, sorted into thematic folders. For tinting sea, city and other landscapes, wedding videos. Cinematic toning and a lot of necessary LUTs for all occasions.
For comparison, on other sites I usually came across old packs with several dozens of scattered unrealistic tonings not broken down by topic. Many of the toning here is free to download)). I haven't found anything better on the internet yet.
These presets are very useful and of very good quality. Being a novice in lightroom, these precious aids help me to better understand the functioning of the tool and make me save time in the development of my photos.
Thanks XXX
I love all the presets that I get from fixthephoto.com as a photographer, this is essential making every day editing a breeze. Thanks a ton!
I paid $189.00 back in March and have not received my photos nor have I been reimbursed. I had to call my credit card to try and get my money back. Very discouraging! I would not trust them!
I asked to retouch a photo but they did nothing at all. I paid $10 for nothing. I was expected a proffetional photo retouching service, not a filter they applied using actions or mobile app! Tottally rubbish servies.
I have been a frequent customer for many years. They were hit or miss. I submitted an order two weeks ago, they sent me back a terrible job (changed things I did not ask to be changed) and did not follow instructions. I paid $60 for "professional level" - I did not even get basic level. They became non-reponsive, then they said they had sent me emails I never got (never had that problem before so I assume they are lying), they stated they could not do the work - it was too hard for them. But then refused to refund me and are now fighting it out in PayPal with me. Unbelievable. Meanwhile I got an etsy seller to do the work perfectly. Still waiting to see if PayPal will refund me. Horrible, horrible. Do not use this company for anything.
UPDATE: PayPal sided with them because FIXTHEPHOTO gave me a horrible and destroyed version of my photo and that counted as me getting the service, and "just not liking it". So this company can put a big black X through something, call it done and send it back, and they are covered because they gave you SOMETHING. Doesn't have to according to your original contracted agreement, they don't have to follow your instructions - just whatever they call completed.
Photo Retouching Service from Fixthephoto is also available in a variety of packages. Highly Recommended.
They asked me first time $12 for a task, then $30, then $27, then $60 and finally $27 again. Not trusty company.
Simply excellent! Took my headshot and made it look super professional with an amazingly quick turnaround! I will happily recommend her services to anyone!
I have tried several photo editing companies at a much higher cost but have never been pleased.
I do my own editing but send all print orders through Fixthephoto before sending to printers. It's like having a big brother watching your back! I have had very good results for the past many years I have used them.
Keep emailing without my consent. I never contacted them before and there is no unsubscribe button or a way to opt-out.
I presented Fixthephoto with several photos to retouch and add items to for simple backgrounds as photo manipulation. After building a relationship providing a steady stream of work for fixthephoto and quality returned photos, I was suddenly sent a canned e-mail message two times in a row after questioning why they couldnt take my last picture manipulation. They said "We are forced to decline the order because we are not able to complete your task". Apparently you can't send too big a challenge to Fixthephoto. They wouldn't even give me a quote. I would have paid double price for an attempt.
I needed to restore my brother's U.S. Army Special Forces Photo which was in terrible shape. It had tears, was full of dirt, dust, etc. and was not very clear. My brother is not doing well at 80+ years and I wanted to give him a photo for him and his family. Fix The Photo did an outstanding job of restoring his photo to not only like new, they "colorized" it. It came out beautiful. His family used the photo to make 15 8x10s to distribute to family members. The price charged was not unfair, given what other services are charging. They had the work done in a flash. What can be better?
I've never given them my email address and yet they've cold called (spammed) me 5 times this week wanting to "work with me" for SEO purposes. They've clearly scraped my email address. This is violation of CASL (Canada's anti-spam laws)

I discovered one of my photographs being used on the Fixthephoto.com website to illustrate an article on the "Best 30 Landscape Photographers to inspire in 2021." The picture is attributed to my former employer, Galen Rowell, though I made it a full year after Galen's death. They have not responded to my communications regarding the matter at all, particularly my demand that the image be taken down or its use paid for. In the meantime, I am aware of at least one other photographer whose photo was used without permission and misattributed to another photographer in the very same article. Though the company seems to indicate it is based in Brooklyn, New York, the website is registered in Ukraine. I think there is not much about Fixthephoto.com that is legitimate. Stay away.
[UPDATE: They finally took down my photo and replaced it with another one of Galen's that was also unlicensed and therefore used illegally. I have since determined that several other photographers on the list – Michael Kenna, Carr Clifton, Erin Babnik, Sean Bagshaw, Michael Frye, Isabella Tabacchi, and Fay Goodwin, at least – had also not granted permission for the use of their pictures on the site. I suspect that none of the photographers on the list actually granted permission for the use.]
I presented Fixthephoto with the photo below scanned in 600dpi as requested. They said "This scanned copy is too small sorry, we are not able to work with it". I guess you can't send too big a challenge to them. They wouldn't even give me a quote. I would have paid double price for an attempt.
The prices are much higher than quoted when I inquired about retouching my wedding photos. Something like $25 per photo to enhance them slightly. I received a very rude and blunt email back after asking about the lower advertised prices. The nice looking website is misleading, please avoid and find someone local you can support.
I emailed them for a quote to touch up a recent family photo. All I wanted was something a little nicer than what I can get out of photo editor on my iphone. I was shocked to be quoted $25 per photo, with no explanation.
Their pricing page quotes editing as follows:
* $2 for basic retouching (color, toning, light photo editing)
* $5 for pro retouching (colors brightening, beauty portrait fixing up, face and figure reshaping)
* $10 for extra retouching (changing background, changing heads, adding special features to face, figure, and skin, deleting strangers in the background)
* $25 for high end (digital drawings, creating comic pictures, fixing pictures with water / light / fire damage). Examples at this level show them adding things like unicorns, butterflies, wings etc. to the photo.
The Company quoted me $25 per photo just to clean up and enhance a simple birthday snap. Their prices and examples are misleading. Waste of time.
