Ottima app di cui ne sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta, funzionalità eccellenti per le mie aspettative dove mi sono sentita più sicura per mio figlio. Ho avuto sia supporto tecnico nell'installazione che risposta ad ogni mia domanda 24/ 24h. Un team eccellente sempre pronto a seguirti. Per quanto mi riguarda volevo essere sicura che mio figlio non fosse contattato da bulli. Mai avuto problemi con flexispy. Lo consiglio vivamente per tutte le funzionalità che offre e per il supporto tecnico sempre a disposizione. Installazione facile da seguire anche aiutato dal team. In futuro se ne avessi ancora bisogno so già che sceglierei nuovamente flexispy.

I purchased this software to monitor my daughter's phone. The software helped me out a lot. The only two issues was that I Purchased the package thinking I would be able to intercept calls only to realize the phone had to be rooted. I didn't want to pay additional to have the phone rooted but I know I would've been completely satisfied with the software if I did. Also the setup was confusing to me. I followed the instructions perfectly according to the updated software but some options were in different categories than stated. My favorite features are GPS and text messages. It allows me to see everything and have proof In case I have any issues in the future. I Would have used technical support but didn't have time as I was trying to set it up before work. I've used a different spy software in the past and the setup was much easier. I also didn't have to root the phone and go through certain steps. That was a few years ago and phones are even more advanced than they are now so that could've played a big role in not getting the results I wanted. I would recommend FlexiSPY to another customer. However, I would ask them to make sure they understand what's available and what you have to do to get certain functions to avoid disappointment. Other than that, I like the software.

Excellent product and helped me last month. I had a problem with my employee using company mobile for private purpose. High monthly invoice was first signal. So the most important thing for me was a call log, sms and location (we are in a kind of delivery business).
Installation was very easy, user interface also.
So I think I will just continue using FlexiSPY in the future.
My recommendation to all of you considering to use Flexi.
Just do it.

Very good I like it. It is awesome for monitoring my son that is away from home a week a month I know where he is and what he's doing at his other parents house

The installation is a very complicated process and you can't do it instantly as they would like you to believe, BEWARE that once you pay you have to book the installation with engineers online. Flexispy customer service is ultra slow. I have been chasing a really unhelpful man called Paul which takes 6 days minimum to answer the most basic email. Wouldn't even rate them a star and give profit to only human friendly companies. These people are clearly in for the money not caring about their customers.

I own 2 Galaxy Note phones. The target phone had Android 9 and mine now has 10. Both worked flawlessly without root (snapdragon/knox**boooo**) I needed to confirm that a secret relationship had ended in order to move on with my life as husband and father. Flexispy gave me the tools I needed to do this. Keylogging and location history is an absolute must when comes to phone monitoring. I submitted a question for tech support about installing Flexispy and they answered very quickly. I would highly recommend Flexispy if you need to monitor a phone or phones. I am very happy to report I can move on with my life in a positive direction and Flexispy has given my family and I a bright future. No need to try anything else because Flexispy just works and it was worth every cent.

I switched to FlexiSPY from XNSPY. With XNSPY, nothing worked... my device is a RCA tablet with android 5.0, uses WiFi calls/text, and facebook messenger. The Key logging feature was an important feature attracting me to znspy, as well as the "no root needed". The Ambient sound recording feature works, but nothing else. After many support tickets, resets and reboots, the end result is the same. The program just does not work. They have offered a partial refund, which isn't fair. I paid for a years subscription, and after a week and all those support request, I'm offered a "partial" refund to my $90.00 for a product that does not work on my device! Flexispy has now offered a free month to switch to them. Lets see if they work with my RCA tablet! I'll followup this review after I find out!

I switched to FlexiSPY from mSpy, using FlexiSPYs Trade in Program. The Target device is Samsung s8 rooted android 9. I bought mspy since November 2019 but it is do not works like advertised. The mspy team tried many times to make it work but without any Result.The problem is No whatsapp massages no pictures no videos no calls no Web browsing history and i can not Read Messaging Apps and can not View Multimedia Files. I waited a long time but it is do not work. I stopped it and asked for my refund. They said wait and till we can fix the problem and give you free 3 months but i dont think they can fix it and i dont wait to wait more. Now i want to try Flexispy, so i want change from Mspy to Flexispy.

I found flexispy while surfing the web. It is an amazing product. My sole purpose was to monitor the activity on my children phones. Flexispy exceeds all my expectations especially with all the features that are offered. I love the fact that it shows the contacts exactly how they are programmed in the phone and it shows precise location of where my children ate. There have been no problems with flexispy that I have experienced. So far I have not had to use tech support for help on using the product. I have used copy9 in the past and I must say that copy9 did not offer half as much as flexispy. Flexispy is highly recommended by me to anyone who may have concerns about what their children are up to while not in their presence. It can also be used by companies to monitor employees or for your own personal use of just backing up your device. I give flexispy a 10 out of 10 when rated against competitors product.

Purchased flexi just to try for one month for my son's phone who was dealing with extreme bullying and abuse at school, without it I doubt such a quick resolution would have been the case. I cannot say enough how much, for my circumstance, this product does was it says.
Viewing time stamps on picture texts and the location to pick him up if danger had occurred helped keep me relieved during the day while at work.
Over the course of using the product I ran into an issue with the gps tracking not continuing to keep record on the specified intervals but when I contacted the support team they issued instruction and was able to be solved with ease and in a timely manner.
While I have not used a competitors product the 3 people currently using that I've recommended this product to have told me it's far superior with better support and much easier to use.
Please if you were considering purchasing make sure you check with a team member so they can best help you pick out what works best for you.
