I ordered an 8 x 12 print of a shot my son took of his Lab while they were duck hunting. His dog is older, this might be his last year hunting. The finished product was amazing - so clear, background colors of water, sky, and reeds beautiful. Definitely will order again.

The folks at Fracture go the extra mile to make a customer happy. I bought a Fracture print as a wedding gift and was extremely happy with how it turned out -- I shot the original photo with my phone, so I wasn't sure how it'd turn out. For the second order, a birthday gift, I used a professional wedding photo. It was perfect! Until it wasn't -- in an accident, my nephew broke it before it could be hanged! He called me in tears, as it was a birthday gift for his dad. I emailed the story to Fracture. They were awesome and very understanding. They offered me a one-time accident replacement. I didn't have to pay a dime, even in shipping. And my brother/his son didn't have to buy a birthday gift that had been accidentally damaged.

In a world of Amazon's, Costco's, Walmart's etc it is nice to find a company that cares about quality and costumer service. The whole process was so easy and the quality is perfect. The whole process took less then 1 week and our prints look great. We will definitely be ordering again.
We received this as a gift, and it was shattered. We reached out, and they immediately sent a new one, which was also broken (Ugh, our postal service must jump up & down on our packages). This time, the VERY helpful staff overnighted a new one-arrived the very next day, intact! (Hooray!). The finished product is beautiful and special. I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind the customer service staff is (thank you, Kemar!) - not only did they fix the problem, but did so efficiently and with kindness. Great company. My 14 year old cat just passed away. I sent my picture of him, and it came out PERFECT! Beautiful tribute. The lightning was VERY difficult to capture and it still came out perfect. I'd use fractureme for EVERY picture I want to make special. Also came on time, not damaged, clean, and in a basically indestructibly fit box. I'd put 10 stars if i could. I accidentally ordered a larger print that I needed, and I panicked about waiting for a refund and getting it in time for christmas (it was too pricey to just ignore the loss), so I emailed them, expecting to get no response. I bought another one in the right size just in case, plus I added a stand, and crossed my fingers that a refund for my original would be possible later on.
I got a response from Fracture within the hour! It might have only been about 10mins. And rather than just refunding me, they adjusted my original order and also adjusted adding a stand for me! At this point I have two prints in the right size, but I only needed one. They assured me that I would get the other refund within a couple of business days. A few days went by, and my TWO orders shipped before I could get my refund. I panicked again, and emailed them to check in. Well, since it had been their mistake that they didn't cancel on time, they refunded me instantly, and even let me keep the duplicate print and the duplicate stand as a holiday gift. It was originally for my husband, but I was able to give one to my in-laws as well:)

My boyfriend recently entered 10 photos in a country fair contest. Four of them won ribbons! How exciting. When I saw Fracture prints (TV ad), I thought that would make a perfect and special gift. I followed the easy instructions to order Fracture prints and they arrived ahead of estimated time and before Christmas. He was delighted! Me too! Next we'll be selecting other photos and sizes to reproduce this way. I'll attach a simple photo of the photos mounted on a white wall.
When trying to determine what to write in the review, I spent some time thinking about the aspects of this purchase that made it a good experience. When trying to determine where to spend my money, I did a fair amount of research. I was actually leaning towards metal prints as they really pop especially on the types of images that I was looking to have printed. My hesitation with metal prints were based on 1. I intend to display these gallery style in my home and glossy metal prints are verry reflective. Unfortunately going with a matte finish significantly reduces the pop. 2. None of the places I looked at getting metal prints from really had a good way to mount them. In addition to these issues, I ran into a lot of issues determining cropping due to sizes that did not match my camera raw ratios and lack of information on how many pixels were needed for sizing.
After spending some time navigationg Fracture's website I made a purchase. Their website answered all of my questions concerning sizes and pixels, and when I looked at their photo walls, not only did they offer very good pricing options, but they had a variety of options, one of which was perfect for my needs now and another that I will be using later. The order arrived ahead of schedule, was packaged in a way that was about as good as I have seen for shipping pieces of glass, contained everything necessary to easily hang all of the images in 20 minutes. I was really pleased.
I think it is very clear that Fracture has put a great deal of thought into the entire process of working with them. They have targeted people like me that will pay a little more for a system that allows me to hang images in my home that make it look like I know something about how to decorate a wall, that also offers a premium look. Their layouts are well thought out, and while not for me at this time their other products such as storyboards also are great ideas. The planning that goes into offer a complete solution, a process that is unique and offers a very nice image, shipping that on both orders shipped ahead of schedule, packaging that is easy to open, effective and includes everything to complete the job easily, all while being ecologically responsible is impressive from beginning to end.

I received my frameless picture today and I am over the moon with joy. The quality of the picture is amazing and the packaging cannot be beat.The edges are rounded and smooth. I can't show a pic because the picture is of my grandchildren but I will be buying this beauties again.

UPDATE 12-27-2021 [They have quickly corrected the problem and made a proper glass print. Thank you.] I thought having a glass print of a photo I took while I was hiking would be a cool way to enjoy a good memory. What I am most disappointed about is the lack of color on what I recieved vs the photo that I provided. If you look at the comparison most the trees, that were bright green in the picture turned out a yellowish light brown. I don't even want to hang this up because it looks nothing like the photo I took or how I remember that area.

Something happened with my order so I reluctantly picked up my phone to call them (fully expecting to go through the usual irritating process of waiting and being transferred and waiting). I was given the option to chat about the issue and to my surprise, I received a response in minutes. They gave me the option to resubmit an edited photo and they would send me a new picture. There was no argument (and no charge!) Amazing!
