Ordered a L/XL, which according to their online measurements should have been a little large on me. Instead the items fit like a S/M, and when I attempted to return the items I had not used within the allotted time, I was denied. When I requested a refund on my shipping, I initially got no response. Brion in the customer service department told me that I couldn't get a refund, because it had arrived on time. 5 days after ordering it is NOT on time when you pay $30 for next day shipping. I placed an order on a Saturday morning. I needed the item by Tuesday night, so I paid $20 in shipping (for a bra/ panty set) to have two day shipping. I received an email Sunday stating the items had been shipped. On Tuesday when I tracked the items, it wasn't to be delivered until Wednesday! I called them and they told me they couldn't do anything about it because the order was placed on the weekend. Their web site didn't state any restrictions on their shipping, and the shipping confirmation allowed for two day shipping! Yet, "they are sorry, nothing they can do"
Ordered an item on 12/17/2016 and returned due to incorrect size and this company has still not given me my refund after countless calls and emails. Do not waste time or money because if you order the wrong size they will jerk you around about giving you a refund. If i could rate zero I would!
My boyfriend ordered me some lingerie for our anniversary back in late september, and it arrived on time and was in good condition. I tried it on and it didn't fit well so we decided to return it. I followed their crazy process to get the product returned. Then everything just stopped it would take the customer service a week and a half to get back to me. They would tell me one thing and it wouldn't happen. Finally i got them to "send" me a refund check late november. The problem is that it january 30th and I still haven't received the check. It should take no business 4+ months to process a refund. I will never buy from them ever again and I encourage you to do the same, there are plenty of other great lingerie shops online that take care of their customers better.
September 8th, 2016 I returned a few items via 2 day USPS shipping back to Fredrick's of Hollywood! I've spoken to a Stacy, Christina & Laura along with sent several emails as to when I could expect to receive my refund check! No supervisor or manager will ever come to the phone or call me back. Fredrick's of Hollywood gives me the same answer every single time I've contacted them "My refund check is still be processed by the accounting department and they will email me soon with the expected date the refund check will be mailed out"! Today is January 30,2017, I still have NOT received my refund check!
My refund check should be a little over $100+ dollars yet, there is no compassion or concern on Fredrick's of Hollywood part. I feel disposable and disregarded by the lack of dishonesty that I've been given by Fredrick's of Hollywood!

I have confirmation with FedEx that Frederick's recieved my returned items way back on January 2nd. I still haven't received a refund or confirmation of the return and they're not returning ANY of my emails! GIVE ME MY REFUND FREDERICK'S! Very unsatisfied costumer, I will never be ordering from them again.
If I could rate them negative I would. I ordered some bras in November. They didn't fit. I went through their "strict" return policy and had to keep calling to get my refund. They had the balls to tell me one bra was dirty and they would give me store credit. I reluctantly accepted, the bras were out of plastic for 1 minute to try them on. Meanwhile I placed another order and paid for express shipping, express ha! It never arrived. Fredericks told me I had to get FedEx to do the investigation. FedEx never found it. I ask Fredericks to refund me. I'm now out 100 bucks and still no bras. They tell me all they need is the case number. That was a lie. This went on for a month. I ask for a manager and all she can do is email me and she gives me the run around, I give the claim number from FedEx and the lost package and then she tells me we have a strict refund policy of waiting for 30 days or getting actual claim information from FedEx. Final call to them and they're sorry they get it, it'll be processed in a week or so (it's been at least two weeks now.) so I disputed it with my credit card and made a complaint with BBB. Run from this store. It's a scam. Never again and I'll tell anyone who will listen.
I have bought several items from them. They have great sells and good quality products! The shipping is quick and best of all it looks exactly how it appears in pictures. Better than Victoria Secret! I'm brand loyal now
There used to be a Frederick's of Hollywood store in the mall near me several years ago and I always enjoyed shopping there and treating myself to sexy pieces. Always contributed to fun nights with the hubby! I hadn't shopped Frederick's in many years and the store that used to be in the mall has long since closed. Looks like Frederick's only operates online now.
Well, based on my previous experiences with Frederick's products I recently decided to treat myself to one of their sexy little items. I purchased a corset with matching thong and thigh high stockings. The product online looked super sexy and based on the price and my previous experiences with Frederick's, I expected a quality product.
When my order arrived I tried on the corset. The quality of the material was considerably cheaper than I'd expected and the bra portion fit NOTHING like the advertised picture. It was not at all sexy or classy. In fact it was rather trashy. I tried the thong on over my underwear (I do not try on underwear that I have not personally washed) and tried on the thigh highs as well so that I could get the effect of the entire outfit. I was underwhelmed. Not only did the corset fit poorly but the stockings also did not fit well. I also had a great deal of difficulty fastening the garter.
I placed the products back in the original packaging and made a request for an RMA number per the instructions on the website. I got an email response pretty quickly thanking me for my request. A day or so later I got another email thanking me for my inquiry about returns and giving me instructions on how to request an RMA. Geez! I called customer service. It is pretty obvious that this is not a call center but that you're probably reaching someone working from their home. The representative was very courteous and helpful and sent me the information I needed to make the return and get my refund (minus $5.95 for shipping).
Two weeks later I had heard nothing from Frederick's. I called and a customer service representative said the warehouse had not yet processed my return and there was nothing in the system for me yet. I called a week later and was informed that my return had been processed and disqualified for refund. WHAT? They said the products were returned damaged. How could the products be damaged when I tried it on for all of 5 minutes? According to the warehouse report the thong was "spotted" and the stockings were "without label and stretched out in the feet area". Again, WHAT?!
I have no idea why there would be "spots" on the thong but the implication is disgusting. I think "stretched out" would probably be an over exaggeration of the condition of a pair of stockings that had been tried on once, and as for the missing tag - it wasn't missing because there never was one!
I told the customer service rep that the warehouse report was ludicrous and that I would contact my bank immediately to dispute the credit card transaction, which I have done. Again, she was very patient and professional and sent me an email documenting our conversation. We'll see what happens from here.
I feel like I've been duped by Frederick's and that they've become a disreputable company bilking customers out of their money based on their prior reputation as a legitimate lingerie company. DON'T BE DUPED! This is not the Frederick's it used to be. While they were never high end, you at least got what you paid for and dealt with a legitimate company. I will NEVER do business with them again and I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. What a scam!
Frederick use to be my favorite store for Bra's I have recommended Several people to their stores and website UNTIL NOW! The bra's I always get the quality has gone completely down and they are sizes smaller now like they are made in China, I returned all 3 bra's after having to call customer service for 3 times for an RMA number I finally got one and I talked to a woman who said she was the manager I explained that I didn't have tag's for 2 of the bras would this effect my refund she said no well they recieved the items over 2 weeks ago and I haven't recieved a refund AT ALL I have called customer service 5 TIMES and they are always looking into it well today I was told I would be issued a store credit on the 2 bra's and refunded on the 1 in the package AFTER ALL THIS the last thing I want is any of their stuff. They still proceeded to take 5.95 for shipping & handling off my refund when I said for the trouble I think they should waive that they said no I asked what they intend to do to compesate me for all my trouble and grief basicallly nothing they escalated my concerns I sure into the waste basket THIS COMPANY I USE TO LOVE IS NOW GARBAGE AND THERE PRODUCTS ARE NOT QUALITY ANYMORE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE PEOPLE WORKING OUT OF THEIR HOMES WHO DON'T REALLY CARE THEY JUST WANT YOU OFF THE PHONE! I purchased two sets of underwear one set fit fine the other set, after trying them on for size decided to keep them only to find while wearing the underwear bottoms it was very irchy. They had used cheap hard mesh which was poorly sewn in the pattern. It made them unwearable, on same day I also wore the bra, I looked down at my blouse and realized it made me look like I had 2 breast on each side because they had made such a big push-up foam inside but not adjusted cup size up words one part pushed me up and the other pushed me up and out of the bra also unwearable. They would not return for refund even though you wouldn't know until you atually wore them of the issue, poor quality
I may not purchase from this site again. I loved the stores and wish they still existed.

I always found Fredericks to be a relatively cute lingerie store compared to Victoria's Secret. Once the store in my mall closed, I began to search why. I found out that they have gone into bankruptcy AGAIN and now only work offline. Against my better judgement I ordered an outfit from them on January 22nd. First off their standard shipping is 15-20 business days and you still have to pay for that. It is now February 15th and after calling twice they said my order hasn't even shipped. Also their customer service reps are complete snobs. No wonder you are slowly going out.
I ordered a few sexy things for my boyfriend to wear to surprise him for Christmas. First they put a hold on my order because I had separate billing and shipping addresses even tho that has never been a problem in the past when I ordered through them. Then a days later I get an email telling me that they can't ship half of my order because it is no longer in stock. So now it's to close to Christmas for me to order anything and recieve it in time for me to surprise my boyfriend for Christmas. I called the customer support line explaining my frustration and to see if they could at least give me a deal on shipping so I could order something new but still recieve it in time for Christmas. Not only did she refuse to compensate for the lost shipping time, but she also explained that the order process in the system doesn't function properly. If there is only one item left in stock more than one person can select and purchase the item. So basically multiple people can order an item, but only one will actually recieve the item and everyone else is "out of luck" and there is nothing they will do to compensate for the lost time. Do not order from Fredericks of Hollywood. It's like playing Russian roulette with your order. You might recieve what you ordered or you might not.
I suggest not to buy from Fredericks of Hollywood. They sent me product with defects. I was sent a bra that had a crease going across the cup. I wore it a few times hoping it would straighten itself out but it can be seen through everything I wear, even a sweatshirt! I contacted the company and told them the situation and it was on the 60th day. They don't guarantee their products and stand by them! Don't buy!
I ordered 3 items, which took over a month to receive, none of which fit correctly. I went to the site to request a return, and found that the return request button did not work. I sent an email. It took 2 weeks to get a response, and that was after sending a 2nd email. I asked for an RMA, they sent a link, which, also, did not work. I emailed again, twice. They said I would need to call customer service, because they "need(ed) more information about your return." I have not been able to call, because I work long hours, but, their 30 day limit has expired, so I am guessing I am just out of luck. I have never had such a difficult time receiving or returning an on-line purchase. I will never shop with Frederick's again. I am not surprised that there is no place on their site to post a review.
I placed an order in July. It is September and not all of my items have shipped! AND... the ones that did ship were such low-grade materials, I would have done better at a costume store. AND... I've returned 3 items over a month ago and never got a refund, honestly don't ever think I will!
Never, ever waste your money supporting this company. They are nothing but liars and thieves! Fredericks of Hollywood's customer service reps and managers would say anything necessary to calm a situation. I tried canceling my order two days after it was placed on 6/24/15, the rep explained that it was already being processed. I didn't receive my order until 7/26/15. UNBELIEVABLE. This order is supposed to ship within 3-5 business days. I immediately did a return to sender at the post office on 7/26/15. I called on 8/14 to verify it was received and the rep told me it was being processed and it would be refunded by 8/24/15. I just called, 8/24/15, to check the status. A manager just informed me that my order was received on 8/17/15.
WHAT THE HELL?! How is this company still in business doing this? I really really really wish I checked these reviews prior to purchasing. Please don't make the same mistakes we all did. Clearly this company provides terrible customer service, is unprofessional, dishonest, and TRASH. Shop at your own risk. (If only I could give this company negative stars)
I placed an order on 6/7/15, rec'd it, well, longer than they said it would take, returned ALL of it on 6/18/15. I have proof they rec'd it on 6/24/15. Finally on 7/21/15, I start calling them to find out where my refund is because it's not showing up on my credit card. The woman was no help, couldn't find order, she said I ordered from the old database and new database hasn't uploaded... MY BAD! On 7/29, I called back. After waiting another 20 minutes on hold. This guy had a little more info but not much help. On 8/8, I receive an email that I have a store credit waiting for me. A WHAT? STORE CREDIT? I don't want your poorly made garments! I email back on 8/8. No response. I email again on 8/12, no response. CAlled today, 8/19, waited for a supervisor who is putting in a request for a 'check refund' and they "might honor it"? WHAT? I clearly followed all the refund policy and I am out $180 because they switched owners! I have contacted the BBB. Do not order from them. You will be sorry and have a lot less money!

I just got my first order on line and I am totally happy with it and the customer service. If you sign up, you will get notifications of sales and use the online best price options: honey, coupert, edge shopping, etc. for added savings and it ends up pretty reasonable. I bought 2 Hollywood Heartthrob push up bras, retail $44.50 each. On sale $20 each, shipping cost (free over a certain amount) but edge took care of that with a coupon so final price was $38.55 total. Good luck. I am a reaffirmed lover of Frederick's, but I do hope the company does well enough to bring back that stores to our brave new world we live in.;-)
