Very expensive clothes and the poorest quality ever. New jeans that are torn at the 4th time you wear it, buttons that break leaving holes in the jeans, defective zippers and a handful of nightmares.
Where is located the factory?
Really one may think that the quality department is non-existent. If not, they should be fired immediately
My jeans came with 3 out of 4 buttons on the fly missing, straight up torn out of the fabric and nowhere to be found. Now it's my job to send this unusable mess back, to get any money back? Do not recommend
I placed different orders - toke forever to receive the package. One item has to be returned - I followed all the instructions printing the return label online, sent back by USPS with tracking number. It's almost a month since the package was sent and they never refunded. Every other week I call customer service and they say something different or ask to wait one more week to investigate. It's seems to me a very ease way to their customers lose the money. They do not deserve us as their customer. BUT if we call our credit card with proof of our loss because they are not honoring the return police - our credit card can refund us. Good luck!
They don't care about $#*!. Had a issue w shipping no response, $#*! came dirty. I'm sure they won't care. Credit Card purchases ftw ig... I'm charging back for this nonsense. When I buy slides I'm putting my foot in em, don't want them used... nasty.

Ordered sandals. I received a huge box that could've fit 10 pairs of shoes. When I opened the box the shoe box inside was cut and no sandals inside. SCAM!

The customer service is bad. Really bad. Like don't bother reaching out unless you like receiving automated emails. I'm on day 21 since I returned a product and there is no update on my refund. I'm going to go through my bank to get the money back because the company won't refund or answer my reach out.

Customer service fails to answer complaints even while contacting multiple times. Fraudulent activity. They charged my card even after contacting them to refund my order. Do not order from their website! You can't get a refund from ordering. Bad business practices.

I have returned an order I have received on the 7/12. The order was picked by DHL on the 9/12 and arrived G-STAR on the 13/12. I sent many ememails to inquire about my refund and on every occasion I received a notification from G-Star acknowledging receiving my emails yet they never responded. I contacted DHL to inquire about my parcel to be told by the investigation supervisor that he contacted DHL Holland and was told that my shipment among many others was hold by the Dutch customs because G-Star owes them a lot of money. Now I don't have the items and G-Star didn't refund me and are not responding to my many inquires. Theives! With the worst customers service. I will report them to the proper authorities
I order on the 4th of December still has not, received at this present moment, dont want to refund my money, had to call my bank, never me again.

I purchased a pair of culottes on 11/6/2021 through Paypal (unfortunately). The charge went through on 11/8 and the package arrived in 6 days. It didn't fit or look right on me so I looked up returns. I was supposed to have a return form in the box the garment came in. There was no form, and the company cannot guarantee that it receives a return if you don't use their form and/or label. I tried to reach the company by phone multiple times on different days. The line is busy at all hours. I tried to chat, but the agent didn't come on. When I closed the chat window, the message came that it's not available (this was during the store's business hours). I clicked the link to Facebook Messenger, which is supposed to respond in 24 hours. The link didn't work. I emailed and received a generic response directing me back to the site, where nothing works except placing an order. I have spent almost 3 hours trying to reach this company. I've started a dispute on Paypal, but am not hopeful about the result.
After 700 australian dollars in purchase I needed to exhange sizes. Return box was more expensive than the purchase. Several emails were sent. DHL doesnt recognise the return pick up. 3 months later, no communication was done on G star end. I would never purchase anything from this website. Shame on you guys

Toen ik hem binnen kreeg en paste zaten er allemaal losse pluisjes langs de rits! Kwaliteit was ver te zoeken! Melding van gedaan en maar 10% korting gekregen! Ik was het daar niet nee eens en dat mailde ik terug! Zonder antwoord terug?
Dus voel me niet serieus genomen!
Bestel hier nooit meer! Was eerder altijd een tevreden klant! Als je als zo'n groot merk zulke kleding durft te verkopen met prut kwaliteit en maar zo'n korting geven is dat een schande!

Fire they are very rude... They listed product in their website as if the product is available they charge your credit card so far you are waiting for your product, then 3 o 5 days later they they you oh I sorry they product is not available and they already charge your credit card. And to give you the credit back at least 5 business day, why are you waking or listing a product in your website that is not available ND YOU STILL CHARGE FOR IT CRAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE, OM TOP OF THAT THE WOMAN I SPOKE IN THE PHONE SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE.
