Quick precise service. When there was a mistake on the check to US gov they called and put it on a credit card to avoid delay. Very happy except a bit pricey.

Have used them for multiple visas and my last two passport renewals.

Needed my passport ASAP. Had an excellent experience with g3passports. I really liked the emails letting me know where the process was at each stage. Got my passport in a timely manner and didn't cost me a fortune.

I used g3 because we had used them before for passports and visas. The process went smooth. Didn't know if I would get the old passport back, but it was sent back by USA Dept of State.

I had 3 weeks before my flight so I needed a passport quickly. They were able to get my passport to me in about 2 weeks so I had a week to spare. Anywhere else I attempted to get assistance, they were saying 4 to 6 weeks. Great service! Highly recommended!

Second passport for aircrew member. Handled quickly, called for further guidance on document requirements, Antonio was awesome, really on the ball. Overall, got my passport within 7 days as promised.

The three service representatives I dealt with (Jess, Antonio, and Sandra) were the best! All were very patient and courteous, answering my many questions via several telephone calls on some days. They made it easy to complete the paperwork I needed to quickly receive my updated passport.

The process was simple and quick, however it was too expensive. I did not realize that the initial fee I charged to my credit card was actually just for the service, and not the actual passport! My fault for not reading the fine print.

Overall Experience was Satisfactory. Customer Service Reps were very helpful, courteous, and kind!
However, the services were expensive and not as expedited as lead on to be within 7-10 days.

G3 is fast, professional and through. I will used them for my passport needs again.
