Great company, great products! I had a cabinet damaged when it arrived. Garage Giant customer service jumped right in and contacted NewAge and quickly corrected the situation.
I paid close to $35 hundred for ultimate garage cabinets that I needed. Garage Giant kept my money for weeks and called me today after I waited so long for the delivery to tell me FedEx won't be able to deliver the cabinets. The one person team (M) that they have told me it will take them weeks to issue a refund. I had to send her a long email and copied my attorney on it to get my money the same day.
Don't buy from Garage Giant. They tried to blame the whole situation on the manufacturer while my money was deep in their pockets. They are con artists.
I paid more than $3,000.00n for an Ulti-Mate garage cabinet set from Garage Giant a few weeks ago. I'm still waiting for them to deliver the cabinets. Today, I realized, all Garage Giant does is take your money and go buy the cabinets for cheaper from another vendor. Not only you have to wait a long time for the other vendor (other than Garage Giant) to ship the cabinets, you may not receive the cabinets as scheduled because according to FedEx, the shipping method selected by the shipper is the cheapest that FedEx offers; therefore, it may take weeks or months before the shipment arrives at destination even though the tracking number received from Garage Giant says you will receive the cabinets in 2 weeks. Today I'm not sure if if i will ever receive the cabinets or get my money back. I'm screwed.

The cabinets exceeded my expectations. I've never seen better detailed instructions or parts organization in anything I ever put together before. This is not a run of the mill hardware store cabinet. These are legit. I love them!
Garage Giant was great to work with but our order had been lost with NSD shipping. Newage made a new order and it was sent out to be delivered by R&L Carrier. They were FANTASTIC. Everything was delivered in 3 days!
I recently ordered new age cabinets and they came almost 90% assembled. This order came Completely broken down and woth zero, assembly. I believe this is misleading when purchasing as I now have to have someone assemble these cabinets and pay to have this completed. I feel it is way to difficult to try and return as this is a large shipment

Shipping was super fast. I think it arrived within a week from ordering. The cabinet materials seem high quality and sturdy (no issues so far from a month of usage). Assembly was pretty straight forward and simple. Could not be happier with the appearance and quality of these cabinets.

I have not yet received my order. I have been in communication with Garage Giant, New Age and shipping company. Everyone is passing blame to the other. It seems to have been misdirected, or mislabeled.
