It is completely unfair practice. I was told I cannot cancel it, even though I called the support line and emailed (by replying to the order confirmation email) within 30 minutes after placing the order.
Now I have to go through multi-step return process and pay shipping, which is not likely worth it since I am in Canada.
Another thing I did not like: During the order via their website, there was no clear indication the order is confirmed. Instead of asking if I want to confirm the order they started offering additional items. And while I thought I still need to confirm the order later on during the checkout I received a call from someone saying my order was placed. When I asked if I can cancel it I was given non-deliverable email address and non-existing order number! It looks like a scam company, to say the least.

Please don't buy. Its a totally blunt knife does not cut even hard vegetables of soft vegetable. Looks like scammer sell forged huusk knives by saying made in Japan. Total waste of money buy a knife from local market at Dhs.10/- that works better for many years than Huusk knives. High price for this product, not worth it.

I am grateful to all the people who told the truth about this company's customer service and ethics. I almost bought one of their packages… will save my money for a more authentic experience.

I would not buy this knife if I could go back. The company's site is misleading as when you check out it offers a promotion (which looks like you are getting an extra knife for the same $)...but then double charges you without you approving the purchase.
When you call to cancel right away, they say "sorry, product already shipped and can't be cancelled"...what...you can't cancel right away.
When I check the tracking, it shows it's days and days before it goes out...so...they just want your money and don't respond back to you at all.

I ordered two knives from Huusk on a Canadian site.When I got my credit card statement I was charged in USD (35%) exchange rate and when I contacted Huusk they told me they couldn't refund the difference because the knives had been shipped. Because of their refusing I will not purchase anymore products from Huusk or recommend their products. I think that what Huusk did is bad business. BEWARE especially if you are Canadian.

ZERO stars. Ordered ONE knife. Got billed for FOUR. Called immediately. They SAID they cancelled the order and processed a refund. They sent an email to confirm. 5 days later FOUR knives arrive and NO REFUND POSTED.

Ordered (1) Knife payed with credit card. Got and email invoice for (4) Four Knives { $121.00} I Contacted them within 5 minutes of placing my order and GEE! Guess what they said it was too late. Bull S*&%T! Now they won't even answer any of my emails about returning the items. I "WILL NOT" order from them again. AND! According to my Credit Card Co. It is a REOCCURING $121 monthly charge. I cancelled my Credit Card as they will not respond to me!

I order one knife and was billed for 4 knives. My bank fraud department called immediately, so I called Huusk and someone in Lithonia, named Jeff, assured me he would cancel the order, when the warehouse opened. Next morning the text said the order was shipped, so I called again and was sent another text cancelling the order. Since then I have called my bank and cancelled the debt card, I am calling the New York Times digital where this ad originated. Hopefully, the bank says they may be able to recover the money, Don't be fooled!

I love it! It has some weight yet it ergonomically suits your hand. It's very comfortable to use. Makes me more productive in the kitchen while maximizing its great features. Huusk is a pride in the kitchen!

I ordered a knife and a sheath. The knife was delivered but the sheath was not. I paid for the sheath, so basically, they STOLE money from me because the Support agents are ghosting me and not replying to my messages anymore. They asked for the order number and the label of the delivery, but after I provided all the evidence they requested they just stop replying.

Huusk knife has always come in handy for me. I use it all the time for chopping veggies for stews and roasts. I have also used it to trim a brisket. Holds an edge well. The blade has great curve, just perfect for mincing things. It's a practical knife to have, I recommend!

Glad I saw this online. I have never been this satisfied with an online purchase before. Huusk knife is extremely sharp and seems it can cut anything. It cuts smoothly, evenly, and exactly where you put it...no slippage. It debones pork really well, as well as chicken. This knife, with its 6" blade is very effective and is great in the kitchen, for hunting and fishing. I recommend this item 100%!

Huusk is an out of box sharp knife. I wanted something like this that has heft to it for deboning, this fits the bill nicely. This would be great for camping too. Blade and handle for me is perfect, worth my purchase!

This knife is a solid piece of metal. Definitely has a good edge. Love the handle and finger hole for stability in holding while using. Cutting up some meat and veggies was so easy. Nice and convenient.

I'm a knife collector and one of my favorite picks is Huusk knife! I call it my all-around knife! Truly practical. I use it in my kitchen, garage, and outdoor activities. Thanks to my beautiful wife for this lovely present.

It's a great knife for the money. I ordered one up because it looked so interesting and I think it would make a fine knife in the kitchen. In actual, the knife is very sharp and is well-balanced in the hand. Very very good product quality.

Huusk has an ergonomic handle it fits my hand perfectly! Nice weight. My hubby bought a much more expensive knife and I don't like it so I got this one for a third of the price and I think it's better! If this holds up over time then I found my knife company. So far, I enjoy using it in my food preparations.

I really wanted a solid multi-purpose knife. Just got this knife today and deboned an entire turkey with ease in less than an hour. Easy to use and extremely sharp. I would say that it's a knife that would do almost any job! I am satisfied!

I took advantage of its sale offer for I have been wanting to have one since last year! The blade is very sharp and it has a perfect weight good for chopping. I have heard plenty of great comments about this and I am a witness of how effective this is. Perfect grip, comes in a leather sheath, it's really great for preparing food even outdoor for barbecues.
