There are a lot of lil charges they charge you for if you ask for a refund, oh and that's only will depend on the reason for the refund. Then at the end it's a 3-10 day waiting period unless you a $99 fee to get it faster. That part really sucks. So not very fast after all

If I had to do this over I wouldn't use them. The communication is terrible. Trying to get a hold of anyone is close to impossible. Also when you do get someone they are extremely rude. I called with a simple request - to get a receipt of all my payments. They would not provide this.

So if you need help and support through the process and the ability to talk to someone whether on the phone or email, don't use this company.

No one wants to go through this but having to do so this was a very detailed and simple process. I also had questions and called and wishing minutes I was talking to a real person who was more than happy to help me. Thank you for your services.

On the day of purchase they advertise it as $188.99. But they did 2 billings, one for the correct amount and an additional seperate charge for $39.99. Now a few weeks later they add an additional charge of $49.99 where I have authorized no extra charges of any kind. Three seperate days of calling in to discuss and NO ONE ever answers the billing line. This is flat wrong and unethical.

Paid all the money and extras and did review before authorizing and they had said it would be shipped. Has been almost 4 months and zero response besides once for me to get a hold of the mail room wich never responded either. So over 500 dollars unaccounted for now on top of all the other issues with trying to get divorced

,Let's start off with the fact that I emailed them first to make sure they could assist me after that they reported back saying they could help me fill out all these necessary information
So I paid them and then called them to get help as instructed.
They refused they said it was too sensitive and they could not talk to me about it over the phone I said I cannot fill it out online and stare at a screen and try to figure things out for that long. Of time they said it was an online business. This is how it worked I said I have a disability I am unable to do that and I already asked for assistance.
The person on the other end just said request a refund and hung up that was 3 months ago I am still fighting for a refund and they are refusing to refund me saying that the papers were not denied but they are also refusing me service due to a disability!
