I ordered four Hootie personal alarms and did receive notification when they shipped. My package arrived as expected but the quantity was off - I ordered 4 and received 3. I talked to Sarah in customer service and she refunded the fourth as it was a Christmas gift and there wasn't time to get another product here on time. So I am satisfied how the problem was resolved.

I purchased the Keyzmo from Hootie and found the process easy. It was tracked and delivered to my door.
Checked on my order because it was behind probably due to Christmas. The rep I Got my order the next day.
Everything was great. Everyone liked their gift and will use it.

Can it e used more than once in an emergency?
Glad I purchased it for my family members, but grateful no one has needed it. I tried it out and it is loud but someone said that they could not have heard it if they had been in their house. But that person doesn't have the best of hearing anyway.
The booties alarm is discrete and loud. A good deterrent if you feel safe refusing. Your safety is more important than almost all possessions, however.
I have not had any bad experiences with using the Hootie. It really gives off quite a loud alarm. But, there have been no instances where I have had to use it, but, I am sure if using it, would scare off anyone wanting to do harm!
I purchased 3 of these for myself and two daughters but after testing one out, was very disappointed. The sound wasn't as loud as i thought it would be and the light was probably the most disappointing of all.
I feel much happier when my granddaughters walk the dog, that they have some kind of protection with them.
