The company's reputation reflects a mix of appreciation and frustration among customers. Many users commend its ability to facilitate connections with customer service, often leading to quicker resolutions than direct attempts. However, significant concerns arise regarding service delays, misleading communications, and instances where customers felt scammed or misled. Additionally, the lack of direct support options for GetHuman itself contributes to dissatisfaction. Overall, while the service shows promise in alleviating customer service hurdles, persistent issues with reliability and transparency hinder its effectiveness and user trust.

I hired one of their problem solvers to help me get some compensation from American Airlines. Despite booking my trip through Expedia the problem solver was able to get me a full refund even though I had tried for hours to do this before. I'll definitely use this service again!
I wanted a phone number to a company for a return/refund. After I gave gethuman.com info on the company, what I wantedm to for AND MY EMAIL AND PASSWORD, a pop up said they would handle the return/refund for me for $9.00. Nowhere when I was giving all this info did they say there would be a charge. All I wanted was a telephone number. Watch out for these people! They are real shady and unscrupulous. I think they are really out to collect personal and private info on people for who knows what... identity theft maybe. BEWARE!
Needed assistance with contacting DMV to inquire about and resolve a matter. The response from this service was good, but in the end they were unable to do anything. I ended up having to resolve the matter on my own. It's hard to know if they even did what they said they were going to do. I believe they did - but the result was not in my favor. I attempted to go back to their website a few weeks later and it is down. No links work. Error 505 etc. I was concerned about this being a scam.
The quality of service was good and the wait time was long. I had a worry with my billing and I called and they were capable to aid me out! I really appreciated how they took the time to listen to me and get to the bottom of the difficulty and not rush me off the phone.
Walmart was trying to keep the sales tax on an item I purchased online. I couldn't find a phone number on their site and found gethuman.com when I googled it. The phone number worked perfectly - and I talked to a person. Problem solved with one phone call. Worked great for me!
Yeah don't even bother with this your better off struggling with the machine shouting human at it over and over until you get a living breathing person and not a terminator. I tried this not once but twice and both times when I picked up thinking it was the call back they promised it turned out to be a MACHINE telling me thanks for calling and call again. WTF is that $#*!! I waited 10 mins both times when I could have saved 20 mins and struggled on the phone instead which I ended up doing anyways.
In short, GetHuman.com is a web site compiling phone numbers (so that you can actually Speak to a PERSON regarding your concern) that are typically hard to find.
It does become an extremely handy repository of numbers you might need to use or might want to at some point (eBay, AT&T, Verizon, Facebook, Apple, Ticketmaster, etc.).
If YOU have a "hard-to-find" phone contact, submit it to the data base so someone else can benefit from your nightmarish search.
UPDATE: Sorry I left a period out of URL in Title. SHOULD BE:

Answer: I'm not going to take the chance. One bad review is enough to stop me. They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
