Our tour guide was very professional, well competent, informative and well equipped. Annelise was very accomodating, cheerful and very nice. Everyone's safety was her focus during the trip because the trail was quite challenging. I highly recommend this trip.
Booked a walking tour of Venice and a guided boat trip to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello in Venice and both were fantastic! They departed on time and were great value. The boat tour was exceptional value as the alternative was public transport ferries which were JAM PACKED with no social distancing and no tour guide.

Very easy to use and navigate, with clear instruction on how to prepare for the trip and follow-up by tour providers. I booked three different tours, and each one was fantastic (I owe this to the quality of the tour operators - Get Your Guide made it easy for us to access these high quality tour operators). Only limitation are options for the tours ie. We recently booked a kayaking tour listed as a sunset tour. There were no options for morning tours. It was not until we were in contact with the tour guide that she questioned why we chose the sunset as we had small children, and I had explained that there was no option on time of day. She was going to follow-up, so not sure whose responsibility to itemize the options.
I love getyourguide because all the information of everything that the tickets include, and do not include, is always very clear. Also always show the name of the provider in case you want to ask any questions. I have used getyourguide in Italy, Greece and Spain and it has always been a great experience
Done the Loch Ness tour with Ryan our tour guide. Got to say it was a fantastic experience with Ryan being knowledgeable about the areas we visited. Great company on the bus as well, will definitely use them again.

I have used Gyg 5 times to book different excursions on different locations. Every time I was very satisfied with their service. I am finding this way of booking very convenient, cause I usually don't have time to go to the agency or call them during their working times to book a tour. I used to do that in the middle of the night, when I have time to check if there is still some tour available to book last minute, cause I have realized that I actually have enough time for that tour or that I actually want to go on that tour. Every time my booking was successful, I've received my tickets online and all the tours were great.
The guide was so nice, got treats for us. Patient in waiting for us and making sure that we are all together during the hike. While in the. Cruise if we are able to see some sceneries he will tell us about it so we won't miss it. We are satisfied with our guide, he was friendly and concerned about us all through out. What could be easier, being met at your hotel, and then being taken on a pleasant stroll round the city by a very entertaining and informative guide. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

We purchased tickets for a Valley of Fire tour outside of Las Vegas, and it was great. The tour operator picked us up at our hotel on the strip. Tour lasted 5.5 hours, including the trip out and back.
The organization cancelled valid e-tickets on me 1,5 day before the visit, 2 days after they confirmed them to me and I paid the full amount. No explanation, just cancelled and did not. Offer a valid alternative. Ruined my trip. Completely untrustworthy. CG.
