This was my first time using GiftTree. I sent the treasure chest of fruit and chocolates, plus some farmer soaps to one of our employees. It arrived a day early, but she was excited and thrilled! She is saving the treasure chest to go with her decor, and she loved 'digging for treasure' to find what all was inside. Great job! I will for sure keep you in mind for future gifts. I love the variety of your choices.

I love the site, but the fact that i'm ordering the gifts to be delivered to me seems ridiculous to ask customers to reenter the shipping address for each gift! You need to create a box that says ship all items to one address or autopopulate the address just as you've created for use same billing address!
I haven't received the rest of my order! All three were scheduled to be here today and I've only received 1/3. Where is the rest of my order?

I had to reenter all the shipping information for the second gift to the same person. The site didn't remember the information so it took more time than necessary.
Site is easy to use! Only wish that there were features/options to spellcheck and edit personalized items during the checkout process. I realized I'd misspelled a word and had to use the back arrow then reenter the payment info again vs. the card message which was easy to update.
Gift basket was for my son-in-law after his hip surgery & he was pleasantly surprised to ge the Metropolitan basket & loved every bite. Now stop your daily bugging me.
