I bought Tickets in December for the Real Madrid vs Valentia game. Didn't hear from GST and had Bad Experiences phoning (No Answer & Being Cut-Off). And no Responses to me Emails. They said they emailed me but I got no emails. Very stressful because I travelled all the way from South Africa for the game not knowing whether the Tickets are at the Hotel. When I got to the Hotel Hesperia Madrid on the day of the Game the Tickets were at Reception. Very Good Tickets. 2nd Row from the Front by the Corner Flag.

Get your Service Better GST to go with your Good Products! I won't use you again. Too Stressful when you spending Thousands of Euros to get to the Match and Hundreds of Euros on Tickets!

I bought from them tickets for Ch League game between Juve and Real. I did get my tickets in the hotel so no problems there. However the tickets were for Real Madrid sector( I am Juve supporter. So disappointed). The whole process was very complex. At first I didn't have a hotel, they said fine we will give you pick-up location... I started reading about them and then I booked a hotel(so I lots of mails and chats with them). They send the tickets 1 day before the match. So i was nervous. Then we went for the match. And the security asked us. why your name is not on the tickets?!?!?!. So I was even more nervous and surprised(why nobody explained us this). Anyway 5 min before the start they left us in. So overall very stressful experience... I don't mind paying extra(60 euros price) we payed 380 pp, but get the service need to be excellent( so people like me dont need to watch Juve with visiting supporters). I don't think I will use them again. Very complex and very stressful procedures

I bought two tickets for the match on 9 of May. Real Madrid - Valencia. I was reading and checking reviews here everyday and I was worried that I will not receive my ticket or I will receive cheapest ones. All these bad reviews made me feel nervous. And when I came to Madrid, 1 day before the match, I received email with w-tickets. And still I was nervous until the very last minute when I get to Santiago Bernabeu. The seats were very good just like i bought. Everything was ok. I do not know about others but my exeprience with gosportsticketsis very very good. I am thankful for a wonderful evening in Santiago Bernabeu. If someone need more information about my tickets and etc., please write here: *******@gmail.com

Don't buy from GoSports tickets. They are not based in the uk and as far as I am concerned did not hold to their terms and conditions.
The venue of the football match Chelsea v Crystal palace changed and as we could not then go to the game, I tried to cancel the delivery of the tickets, as in the terms and conditions a deal is considered done once purchase and delivery has occured. Although I was prepared to put the money against my account and use it for another match they said that this was not possible and would also offer no refund.
They were asked before shipping and denied me this.
Furthermore, stupidly I paid 744.72 for 4 tickets which, when delivered were only worth £56 pounds each!

Hi all, you should definitely avoid buying anything at the gosportstickets page! I bought champions league game ticket as christmas gift (borussia-juventus). Not only have I ordered best seats (long-side view) and got the ones behind goal (category 7 as per official web of borussia) but also the tickets were not delivered on time and i needed to grab them 2h before the game from some guy on a HOTEL PARKING. Huge disappointment. Paid 600 eur for 2 tickets with nominal value 30 eur...

I booked the tickets for the Champions league match 3/18/15 as a part of our honeymoon trip. Once I processed on the internet, the customer survive rung my phone and guaranteed we could sit together as it said on their homepage. The tickets were delivered through electronically the day before the match. We were very excited and went to the stadium then found out we couldn't sit together! I was between two drunk blokes... Don't trust what they say and what they write to you!

I ordered tickets for my Dads 70th birthday to go and see Manchester united as he had always wanted to see them play at home.
Go Sports were fantastic they sorted everything out for us and we had a fantastic day the seats were great and the tickets arrived 3 days before the game as they stated when booking and my Dad had the best birthday present ever.
I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to all involved at Go sports for what they done to make my dads 70th birthday special.

Bought 2 tickets for Chelsea v Man City about 6 weeks in advance as a Xmas present.
They rang a week before the game and said they had been "let down by their supplier".
I had to disappoint someone who was expecting the tickets.
They offered me free tickets to a game a few days away - but I was out of the country.

I wonder if they sold my tickets for a higher price to someone else - SO, AVOID THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED LIKE I WAS.

We hard to get tickets from this site. I wanted make birthday present, but all the time team promise me to send ticket but 3days before they told cant send to me. I was very panic-im not live in uk. When I arrived in London I should looking pick up point with curers.
Thanks God we got tickets but very low price. We booked for vip-but get normal tickets.
Does t matter how much you pay for tickets u will get the same chipped tikets.

I just received the tickets for the Manchester United vs Chelsea game,
I am so relieved, I understand the prices and the logistics.
Only peeve was that I had to wait for the second last day to get them.
I was pulling my hair out, especially when I am from Singapore.
Imagine the number of miles and amount of time that I took to reach chilly Manchester.
All in all, thank God and Gosportstickets for this chance of a lifetime to catch this match of a lifetime.
