Good overall experience with this app. I have used the Rome to Rio app for booking our train and airline travel in Italy and Great Britain this year on a 10-week trip. They work great, and I would highly recommend this site. The Go To Gate app is a great tool to book your travel needs.

Purchased the ticket that I want to cancel immediately. The reason I want to cancel, I got a message saying ticket in process, will confirm in 3 days

All good, no issues to report. Procces is fast and effective to buy ticket with many options to consider. I will use this sita again to purchase a ticket in future.

The Mexican DNR (non-resident) additional fee message not clear enough to see immediately. Checked various other flights as a result of the issue.

There were too many added options with added cost, which I found confusing and a bit terrifying, such as reserved seat? I think I will get a seat on the plane, but this is to reserve a seat prior to 24hr of checking in. I wish more options were already included in the price of the ticket.

Intenté mil veces comprar los pasajes hasta que lo logré. Ya estaba en el último paso y me hacía volver al inicio y comenzar todo de nuevo. Obviamente todos esos intentos hicieron que el pasaje aumente su valor.

Poor poor poor. If I knew that i had to hop through hoops for information on a ticket that I paid for, I would never use GoToGate. First and last time using it.

Too many sales pitches for travel insurance! Makes the process very long to just buy a simple ticket and that's obviously where you make your money.

You show a ticket price and then when you go to book; an error comes up forcing you to purchase a higher price ticket. Just remove the fake price it it is not available.
