The customized essay they delivered me was a well-balanced draft with the material just as I expected it to be and it earned me appreciation in my class.

I assigned them a chemistry assignment I couldnt manage to do on my own. Limited time was left for completion as I already used most of time while making failed efforts. But they did a remarkable job with my assignment and delivered it in a few hours.

I put myself in a messy situation with too many hours at work and full time university, GrabPapers was the first organisation I went to to help relieve some stress, and if this is any indication of what getting help is like then I would advise to stay the hell away. I gave instructions to write an academic essay using the information I provided, instead what I received was something more along the lines of a persuasive story where the writer used cheesy quotes, emotive language and rhetorical questions.

I even sent lecture notes and advised that the writer should look through them so that they know what is expected to be mentioned. I sent readings, I sent advice, I sent screenshots of important information and all of this was disregarded. The writer took notice only of the topic.

I submitted it for revision twice, and whilst arguing with them (and including proof that they did not send me what I asked for), they lost me 15% (5% for every new day they were late) of the grade for the assignment, which, for an assignment worth 50% of my overall grade, is a lot. Each representative I spoke to (and this must total almost 20 now) tried to ensure me it will only take an additional 6 hours or 12 hours whilst another man who infrequently contacted me would tell me completely different information. I swear I dealt with robots three quarters of the time.

The final result included a copy and paste of the three references I pointed them to that I had proof I asked for in the initial guidelines, and a sentence or so from each of the references simply added to end end of a paragraph where it might have fit. The essay remains exactly the same with use of cheesy quotes, emotive language, rhetorical questions and a persuasive story-like style despite my request for a new essay written with a new writer including the sources I asked as the main point of reference.

I haven't even checked for plagiarism yet, it is no where near academic standard and, apart from a sentence here and there within a 2000 word essay, they did not use the information I requested.

It seemed too good to be true, to let someone relieve you of stress. I'm left here having lost 15% of an assignment worth 50%, with an essay that is nowhere near submittable. Do not use these people.

If I could hug their writers, I would. They are so great with writing I could almost cry. They've never disappointed me and take it from someone who sucks with assignments; these guys are the best.
