This says free design and creation of logo, and even if it's cool, it's not you like you guys have invented anything, paying that expenssive for that is useless, I can do the same at home for no money and just a bit time spent learning. If i gotta pay for something it's gotta something worth it where they actually care a little bit about the designs and make some follow up of the client's need (which arent that great once again).
I feel like "make your own $#*! and pay for it" kinda system, hate that
I spent a couple of hours designing my logo. I liked the options, bought the Pro package... OF COURSE, not really free. So there we have the deceptive advertising to lull one in. I go to see the logo and edit and it seems as there is just nothing. Finally get to edit, but the logo is simply now pieces scattered about and all in black. Cannot edit as the bar is covering the tools to do so. So, I call for assistance... just some FAQ and answers. No call center, it costs too much money. Why would anyone spend money and not really receive full service?... so I called credit card company and cancelled purchase.
Needed a logo for a work project on a tight deadline. Got my logo done in minutes and support was even helpful explaining the files and how to use them in PowerPoint.
This is the 3rd logo I have created with their app. All for different fundraising projects and they all turned out awesome. I will definitely be back for more!

There is no customer support - once you buy you are on your own. There is an obnoxious popup bar that appears at the top of the site making it impossible to see the editing toolbar at the top of the page. If you remove your text and try to add it back in later you can't - even with the pro package. Way overpriced for what you get. And it is not free as advertised.
I was debating between a custom logo and doing it myself. I played around on their site and was able to design a logo that fit my needs. Got my files with no issue so will use again.
They are a scam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. You buy the logo you want and thats it. DO NOT pay for other services (Busines card design, headers, logo edit, or website) they offer on checkout. These are all scam. I have been in touch with them about the issues. They send me a PDF business card design! They said "Here you go. This is your business card".
As stated on the website it was very easy to use and I totally love my log...
I would recommend if you are looking for ease of use for social media covers and business cards.
