I really love the Vital Reds. I've been using them for several months and I can tell the difference in my energy. I feel energized and can make it through my day without the lulls. My brain and memory feel sharper. I will be using this product for a long time.

I buy 6 bottles each time and share with a friend i drink 2 - 3 shots every day in the morning afternoon and in the evening or before bed i would recommend olive oil to absolutely everyone

I've been leery of purchasing olive oil at the grocery store but I trust Dr Gundry's wonderful olive oil. I've also tried some of his other products and am pleased with those too

An hour after my meds, I take a large teaspoon full of the polyphenol rich olive oil each morning. I also take oil soluble vitamins D and K for my heart. My regularity has improved and I am feeling better. I also try to skip a meal a day and exercise on bike or 15 minutes of free weights most days.

After one Jar/Bottle of this unique Olive Oil my knees and lower back do seem to feel slightly better. I have been able to walk up and down several flights of stairs without having any sting or pain in my knees and my lower back doesn't feel so stiff as much. I seem to have a little bit more flexibility in my lower back as well as my legs and knees when doing my daily stretches.
I wish Dr. Gundry could add Bergamot Citrus Oil to the Olive Oil as an effort to lower my LDL Cholesterol, just a thought!

Dr Gundry explains health issues in ways I understand and can easily implement. His podcast are full of useful health related information and interesting fun facts. I am thankful for such a teacher and physician that can relate to everyone who is going through the same journey as himself!

Went to check out and buttons truck you into ordering more and then there is no summary so ended up with a $300 bill ( two separate invoices) and nobody returned my email when i asked to cancel. Also they are willing to part with their product for half of the discount price in checkout, if you buy more, so whey not just charge a fair price? Why all these games? So scummy when they play all these sales trickery games, so disappointing as i was really sold on him but if you cant just play clean you lose all respect! You will see when you go through checkout! So beware this guy is a snake oil salesman, hopefully his product is sincere but makes me doubtful based on his sales techniques

I ordered $39.99 priced bottles and was charged $164.00. I would've NEVER bought $164.00 worth of any pills.

Contacted them about purchased product claimed to help the gut, they say can't answer that speak to your doctor. They do hour long videos talking about the gut to sell, but don't know whether it's good for your type of diet or problem. To me this is phony and pretty pathetic. Can't believe they sell stuff like this with claims of what it does by then don't know if it works for you after you buy it.

Be careful that MCT Oil can cause stomach pain. I have been sick for a week without being able to eat. MCT oil or powder may cause abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I will stop using this product right away. Really bad experience.

I just finished my first jar of Steven Gundry's MCT Wellness. After 30 days, all I can say is that it makes a pleasant tasting warm drink. Increased energy? No. Better sleeping? No. Healthier hair & nails? No. Decreased appetite/ weight loss? None. My bottom line is: waste of money.

I quit sugar. All the bad things I had heard about sugar included that sugar is what created "liver spots". I figured if I am not making them anymore, I should try to get rid of those that I had. I used a bottle of Dr. Gundry's Polyphenol Dark Spot Diminisher. It did a great job removing about 85% of the spots. About a year later, I decided to get rid of the other 15% with another bottle of Polyphenol Dark Spot Diminisher. Now the spots are all gone. Amazing, I think.
