Haarko is an addition to my collection. I keep kitchen knives sharp but this one was sharp out of the box. A week into it, I was thinking "ok, but expensive" but the longer I use it I find that the knife stays sharp and has great quality. It also has an ergonomic handle. Definitely would buy again, my only original hesitation was price but value is there. I should have bought earlier.

I was looking for a good, sturdy, all purpose knife that's easy to use and boy did I find the perfect one! Thanks, Haarko knife! You didn't fail from design to quality!

This sharp Haarko knife feels good in my ha d and cuts smoothly. I like the way it fits in my hand I've always wanted one of these knives I enjoy using it. It is a good value for the money.

Haarko knife is absolutely beautiful, it rivals the look of much higher priced knives. Secondly, it is extremely easy and convenient to hold, and it's very well made. Lastly and most importantly, the knife works... it is extremely sharp and the blade is well crafted so that it cuts smoothly and evenly. This will make a beautiful gift; its beautiful black box is a plus.

Haarko is a Santoku knife that is perfect for people with smaller hands that's why I chose this. True enough, it feels very comfortable to use. It has a precision hole for the index finger that allows me to slice, dice and chop while maintaining ultimate control. Just perfect! Best for my outdoors. I love the Rosewood handle, it's very sturdy. Blade is very sharp and has dimple designs to avoid sticking of meat on the surface. Highly recommended!
