I don't typically write reviews good or bad but because of the experience I had with this company, I have to be informative. I purchased hair from this company based on the great reviews that I saw. My purchase was made on 3/3/2015. I contacted the company after the 15-25 day time frame that they state on their website to allow for shipping. I was basically told no returns or refunds, and to wait for a tracking number. I ordered hair on 3/3/2015, I literally just received it yesterday 5/4/2015 basically 2 months later. Not to mention it was absolutely not the hair I ordered. I have had the best and the worst and this hair definitely leans more to the worst. So before making a purchase, you have been warned. Never again! The only reason they have 1 star is because I couldn't submit this review without at least one.

I have ordered from other sites before only to be disappointed in the quality of hair or the ridiculous price for low weight bundles. So when i first came across hairplayground, I was excited because they have great hair at prices I can afford. What I love about them is they have hair at every length, texture and color imaginable. It saves me a great deal of time from doing the coloring process at home. As a hairstylist, I highly recommend this company to my clients as well as my friends and family.

I inquired about this hair via IG and asked how do I purchase this hair. They proceeded to give me a 347 number I called that number multiple times until I got an answer I told her the bundles I wanted to purchase under the buy 4 get 4 free deal. I was sent an invoice to my email and was immediatley bombarded with texts and calls as to when I would make my purchase. Finally the purchase was made March 13th. About a week went by and I inquired about shipping time and tracking info. I was then directed to their website where I was 1st made aware of their shipping time being 15 - 25 days and also saw I had to purchase tracking info I did for an extra 9.00 then emailed inquiring how to receive the tracking info. I Was Then Told When My Item Is Shipped I will Receive tracking info. So April 9th i inquired once again when my item would be shipped I was told to stop checking in then told I needed to read the terms and conditions which states I agreed that shipping may take longer than 25 business days. I also mentioned canceling my order I was then told there are no refunds, canceling or returns. I told her I'd be canceling through my bank and reporting her company as fraud. She then told me she would sue me for slander. This company takes your money and then strings you along being very rude, not informative at all. Once they have your money it's you will get it when you get it. Do not buy from this company. Those reviews above are fake. As well as their many fake IG accts. I needed this hair for my baby shower and now I have to go out and purchase More hair. Smh. Stay away.

The customer Service Is A1. I Follow them on Instagram To keep up with The Lastest Hair Prices. They tell you step by step what to Do When you Want To order hair. Overall they are the best.

I found Hair Playground on IG & I love how they have reasonable prices and good specials. I also think it's great that they show the hair after its been, cut, colored & style. A lot of sites will just show you nothing but bundles of hair, but with Hair Playground I can see how the hair is actually being worn. (And that gives me ideas on how to maybe wear the hair and more incentive to want to buy!
