The staff and the doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had and provided me with a lot of different options. They took my hand and guided me through the whole process. The work they did on me was great and the price was very reasonable. I've had two procedures done with them, and I'm about to get my third. I would recommend Dr. Puig to anybody that needs "a little hair on top"(lol). Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

The staff at the Physicians Hair Restoration Center were very considerate and professional while preforming my hair restoration,both before and after.
Dr. Puig, Diana and the other two staff members(I do not remember their names) are a great team with a team effort.
Diana provided me with five references, who all gave PHRC an A+, and each individual described their experience of hair restoration in detail, therefore I felt very comfortable about the procedure when my appointment began and found my experience to be an A+ effort.
The staff at PHRC is there to answer any questions one may have afterwards, when in doubt about the post operative instructions.
Nine months following my hair restorations, the results of hair growth is amazing, back to normal coverage.
I am very satisfied with PHRC,the price is reasonable, the experience is rewarding and I am back to seeing the person I once was, before frontal male pattern baldness began.

I had a great experience at Hair Restoration Houston. The staff is very courteous and professional. I screwed up my timing and came in a little bit late and they were very kind about it.

Mine surgery took most of the afternoon and fortunately there is a very robust DVD collections that has something for everyone. This helped my surgery go by quickly.

Dr. Puig walked me through each step of the surgery so I know exactly what was going on during the surgery making me feel even more comfortable.

It has now been close to a year. My hair has begun to grow in. It looks very good and I am very happy with the results. I did not have the surgery on the crown of my head which is now balding more than it was at a year ago. I plan to continue my surgeries and I plan to continue them with Dr. Puig.
