In your FAQ, you claim that all shipments will be delivered 3 days after order has been confirmed but when your about to checkout the shipping times are close to +7 to 10 days after order confirmation. So how is this possible? Also you claim to have enough dry ice./cold packs for the 3 days so then the items will arrive spoiled due to not enough ice packs. Also, what aren't there other options for shipping? I wouldn't mind paying extra if need be to have it shipped and delivered overnight or in 2 days but that's not available. My first two orders in early 2022, were great! No issues, shipped within 1 day of my order being confirmed and I received it in 48hrs after that confirmation. The last two orders, in the height of summer, arrived 7-10 days after my order was confirmed and then when I brought it to your attention, you claimed that their were shipping delays, but the shipping info stated there were no shipping delays.

I had a bad experience with a different online halal meat company from NY before and I was so hesitant to order from HalalWorldDepot then I went a head and I ordered from them couple of weeks ago and I have to say I was worried but when I received my order I was very impressed with the quality of the meat, the packaging and the fast delivery, not to forget the great customer service, I just put in my 2nd order yesterday and I'm going to stick with this company.

Very happy I found this site, the items are hard to find in my city & was able to order from home with very fast delivery. Items come packed with lots of care, will be back again soon!

I ordered goat from halalworlddepot. The shipment was delayed by Fedex and it arrived after 72 hours with all the meat completely thawed and at room temperature. We couldn't use that meat and contacted halalworlddepot. They immediately set it right by shipping our previous order again at no charge to us and it arrived frozen and cold. I will continue to use them for goat which we don't get in my local town in Missouri.

My husband and my son loved the pepperoni pizza, nicely boxed and kept frozen with dry ice. Delivered on time. I would order again.

I called to inquire about their supposed "Zabiha" Halal process on their Sharifa turkey slices.
Owner, Aref Saad, got hostile and refused to answer any questions stating "I don't have to tell you"
About the Halal process. No transparency means he's hiding something.
Unfortunately, halal scam is a norm in the market today

Worst customer service ever. Their shipment is never on time even if it has meats. Very Hard to contact this establishment. They do not reply to emails on time. They usually have amnesia about previous incidents with their customer service issue. Their prices are just out of this world. Halal does not mean you rip people off. You still buy your meats from restaurant depot.
My last order was 10 days late they apologized and said it won't happen again well well well here we are again with The same issue.

About 10 days ago I wrote to you to feedback on the quality of halal roast beef packed by Saad Halal meats but no one has reverted on my feedback. By the way the product has lose its vacuum the day it arrived. The meats turned greenish by the 4th day. Was disappointed with the product.

I ordered deli meats. They arrived quick. The prices were reasonable. The quality was excellent. Overall all everything was great

It's great to be able to get halal meat in the US even though there aren't many Muslims in my area. Service is quick, prices are great.

I question if the "ribeye steaks" I bought were actually ribeye though. Some packages had a bunch of very thin pieces of meat in them. Others were cut irregularly. Overall though, I'm satisfied.
