Good web sight easy to navigate. But I didn't get a copy of my order or invoice through my email.
Since this was a credit card order and company order I really needed that And when I tried to call so many different numbers no answer or call back.

I have been billed for my order on my charge card but received nothing after 4 weeks. If you call, save your time trying the Sales number in Austin. It is disconnected. If you call the only other number given (in California) you just get a voice mailbox that never returns your call.WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT and lousy service. I would give zero stars if I could as that is exactly what I have received on my order although they took my money.

Hello, I was supposed to get my order by 1/20/23. I emailed customer service and asked for a tracking number and an update, but they failed to provide any proof that the order had been shipped.
This is my first time ordering from this company. I hope they come through. I don't want to have to cancel, but will do so if I don't get a tracking number soon to confirm the product is being sent to me. I will also have to report this as a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. So please let me know what is going on with my order, so I don't have to do that. Thank you.
