From the word go, we received excellent service. Peder, our salesrep, contacted us shortly after we bought our bean to cup coffee machine online from Heavenly Coffees to make an appointment for delivery and demonstration. He is a professional individual that has ample knowledge about his products and didn't mind to drive many kilometers to our business. Thorough training commenced and he left leaving us with a smile on our faces. They delivered all the products and freebies as promised. I can highly recommend the Heavenly Coffees team. Got amazing service from them, I ordered ground coffee instead of beans because I did not read the website properly, they promptly sent me replacement beans at no charge. The coffee is also amazing, great flavors to the coffee, very full, rich and great tasting with enough differences between all the blends and roasts. Extremely satisfied, would recommend to anyone. Also, coffee is processed through the website very quickly, I have my coffee the day after I order.

Placed the order on line for what I believed to be a special. Francois phoned about an hour later informing me that I had over paid and was given the option for a refund or to purchase other items. Selected the latter and shortly thereafter received an email with the tracking number. Did not have to visit the courier companies web site to track as I received an email from Heavenly Coffees every time the package was updated by the courier. Received the machine the following day with complimentary coffee. I had a small issue with part of the setup and phoned Francois who explained step by step what needed to be done. Very impressed with the overall service and would would definitely recommend them for the purchase of coffee related items.

What a wonderful vibe from the staff, smiles as you enter the store. The shop is nonstop busy. The food is freshly prepared and excellent. Their coffee Blends are beautiful. Will never buy anywhere else
