Terrible service, product is junk, you can not complain or attempt resolution as they have excuses for the flawed product, they and the product do not do what is stated, the company only wants your money and provides no service, the company states they will reimburse you after six months and they can verify the product did not work, they do not have a signed agreement for terms or conditions, Beware of this company!
They take your money and provide no leads, If you do happen to get a so called lead, it is a fake or non working number. Don't waste your money!

Most unethical people I ever dealt with, their products is nothing close to what they advertise, bunch of BS and lies, so sad companies like them take advantage of agents who works really hard for their money, even after our contract was over, they charged our account and after talking to Alfredo ( manager) he promised to refund the payment but you guessed it right, that didnt happened
Stay away from these people

As an advertiser charged me for double advertising and would not correct. Finally I think I have cancelled however I never received a written confirmation of this I was told by phone it will be cancelled 4/18/18. Called because never got responses to emails. Since they double billed me and said it was my fault will they really cancel? Where do I go then small claims court?

Homes.com is not an honest company. I think they should be sued just as Realtor.com is being sued. They lie about the leads and they send the leads to multiple agents at once, even though they never told that when you signed up. It is a total scam. Save your money and don't sign up. Jan Dunlap, Realtor
This is a cumbersome site, and leads are terrible. Their Featured Agent advertising is worthless. I will never do business with this company again. Their customer service is not much better.
Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
