Horrible experience. Purchased a hoverboard in Nov 2015 and within days the charger receptacle in the board broke. They built it extremely sensitive so when removing the charger one of the 3 prongs came lose. Now there is no way to charge it. The product looks knew and it worked at first. I have sent numerous emails, made numerous calls, and just today received the Return Form with no Return address. Stay away from this company. Whoever came up with this fraudulent business will some day get all this back. So many kids all sad now because they do not have they gift they really wanted. So many families scarifying to buy a nice quality product and these thieves are just simply taking advantage. I wish BBB could truly help and make them pay! Cold hearted. I have lots more to say but it is not worth spending another minute of my life dealing w garbage people.
We ordered from these fraudulent people also about 3 weeks ago. They actually tried to charge our account 4 times but we blocked the extra charges. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for our daughter. These people are a bunch of thieves. Somebody should make them pay...
I found this company online, ordered a board and then tried to call, email and instant message them with no response. Sadly I found their Facebook page too late and saw hundreds of upset people in the same situation as me. I filed a fraud claim, will refuse package and go to the BBB. I sent several notifications to CXL my order, with no response.
Damn I didn't come across this site til too late. We ordered the board, they took our money then came the email. We need your debit card and other stuff for authorization. WHAT? You took my money now send the board... nope no answer to phone or email. FRAUDSTERS DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
Placed the order, got an email needing to verify the order, called, got through and verified the order. A few days later got the same email, have been trying to talk to someone for days with no luck. A SCAM
Finally got the call this morning to verify payment ( a week later) women was very nice and understanding! Promised tracking info today FINGERS CROSSED!
Took 2 weeks to deliver a product that doesn't work - brand is an IMOTO and have been trying since day one to return.
I wish I had red these comments before I purchased a hoverboard from this company. I have tried for days to contact customer support both via phone and email with no response. Very Frustrating... My only option is to dispute charges. Very frustrating. DO NOT do business with this company.
I ordered a Hoverboard for my son for Christmas. Seemed like a legit process. I received a shipping notice email with a tracking number. However, when i clicked on link, the tracking number was invalid. I have called multiple times and no one ever picks up. I emailed them 2 days ago and still nothing. I guess I need to call the credit card company and start to dispute this charge.
Have a problem with a Hoverboard, stopped working after 3 days. Now, this company doesn't answer phones, emails, or anything. Will have to call credit card company and dispute charge. This will start a lengthy process, in the meantime kid won't have a working board, that he spent a lot of his own money on.
I don't recommend purchasing from this company, they don't care about your business or customer satisfaction. They are difficult to get through to. If you have an exchange or return or any issues with your product, they don't care and you will have a very difficult time getting through to them or getting someone to help. They seem overwhelmed and over their heads so good service doesn't matter apparently. Not accompany I recommend supporting.

Answer: I'm actually asking myself the same question, I've been trying to get ahold of customer service for over a week now ( no answer) sent 4 emails ( no answer) I even commented on their face book page. Every time I comment they answer everyone else's questions but skip over me! So as it stands I'm out 368.99. I don't know what to do! I'm a single mom of two and don't have allot of money for Christmas but saved up for this and now it's gone! Ugh extremely frustrated
Answer: They are scammers... There is no 2 day shipping! Everything comes from Hong Kong and you don't get it until 2 weeks later and the boards are breaking instantly from other reviews. Hopefully your shoes work! Looking into filing a lawsuit against them! I still have yet to receive my daughters board!
