Like I wrote above - they couldn't find my reservation - I have never had this problem with Expedia. Then then said it was going to cost $1 to speak to the Chat - they charged $38 - this is not right! My credit card even sent me a fraud alert as soon as it came to them! I asked Elijah to make sure my refund went through immediately. I will stop payment on it once the bill arrives at our house is I am not refunded.

The issue I had with my settings was resolved very quickly as I had no clue where to go or what I could do to resolve it. I was carefully guided to go through the settings until what needed to be reset was done. My screen was set in dark mode and I was challenged to use many features on several websites as a consequence. I am so pleased with the service I got from Howly. I can use my computer to do things that I could not do before.
