Each year I go to CPR Institute for renewal of my credentials for training of CPR/First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens. The online courses are well organized and the website is easy to use.
The videos were great and the information quite detailed. I was able to reread and review a lot of the material with ease. I do not remember learning about the jellyfish sting occurrences with the ow to" treat, so that was fun!

I don't think a professional organization charging for CPR AED Recertification should have glaring spelling mistakes in their presentation.
In the CRP portion it starts off with the presenter saying 2 breaths, 30 compressions and then switches to stressing the 30:2 ratio. I've had CPR/AED training numerous times so it wasn't an issue for me but a person who has only gone through the training once and is recertifying could become confused.
Anything else is just being hyper critical but the above was the most conspicuous.
I have taken this course before, this is my third time so, I am a repeat customer. I have taken in person classes quite a bit so I know how to do the compressions, so online was a good way for me to go for refresher courses. The courses are very complete, information is accurate and the price of the class is very reasonable. I would recommend this to all levels of people that are interested in having CPR and first aid classes.

This online course was easy to navigate and understand. The videos, illustrations and pictures were very helpful when visuals were needed. The organization and structure of the information was put together in a way that was fluent for the audience. The quiz at the end was right on after the training.
