I'm happy with the quality of the digital conversion. I have had some trouble with the website. My albums were listed in 2 rows, and when I clicked the 3 dots to download the albums in the second row, the web page would not scroll down far enough to select "download". I had to reduce the size of the webpage to see the "download" button. Still, it was great to be able to watch home movies I haven't seen not seen in a very long time.
They did a great job digitizing my home movies and making them available online. So thankful I have them to view anytime I want and know the tapes won't get damaged and unwatchable. Thanks!

The cost of mailing the materials back and forth ($16.50 plus $28) seems expensive and out of line with the charges for converting the film and photos to digital. Granted, I took advantage of the 50% off sale. It seems rather high and does not require the equipment, man power & expertise of converting the originals. In the future, the mailing costs may be a game breaker for what I choose to convert.

I had zero digital copies of baby photos of my son. All I had was some hard copies and some CDs. IMemories was able to pull photos off all the CDs except one. The scans of the hard copy photos were not the best--I could get better scans using my scanner but just didn't want to spend the time doing it. And I wouldn't have placed an order at all if I didn't have a 50% off coupon. So, worth the price (with the discount) just because it saved me the hassle of doing it myself and they were able to pull long-lost photos off the CDs. I'm so glad I finally have digital photos of my son that I can pass down to him.

When i submitted my video tapes for digitalization, I received a note on the status section that a number fo them had to be sent for extra care to a specialized team. These tapes then took several weeks to be converted (not longer than you website promises) with some coming out with lower quality (diagonal lines). I approached the support team on this (see comment below). It would have helped if the specialized team had sent me a note before that when the digitalization was completed explaining some of the problems they had with my tapes (20-25 years old) and that this was the reason some came out at lower viewing quality. Thu=is way I would not ahve had to chase the support team.
