Just received the package with only one of the shipment but other one was cancelled due to covid delay. Quality of cloth was really good for the price paid (comparing to order I made in amazon us that was $100). Perfect for the occasion. Great customer service and received on time. Always available when requested a clarification. Thanks for the help! (Please use the review if needed somewhere). Highly recommend.

Very good customer services and prompt delivery. I needed my clothes before Eid and they came well on time, despite all the issues due to Covid.
The quality of the material is very good and also the size it's perfect! Very pleased with the overall service, and will definitely order again!

This is a fake website! Do not buy anything from here. They will take your money, cancel the order themselves and wont refund the amount. I was informed after 3 days of placing order and multiple interactions that the order cannot be fulfilled as factory is closed. Why did the team call me and discussed about the sizing doubts in first place? Secondly, they won't send you refund email! After asking multiple times, I was finally sent a refund email with assurance of returning amount back in 24 hrs. Its been more than 48 hrs have not received refund and the payu email sent to me now seems like a false email. I have whole chat with customer care as a proof of their lies and deception to siphon off our money!

As of today I have wasted 6 days following up on my order with no refund yet.

Very, very bad service and sewing is not good at all, very bad. They cannot sew. And don't report back either. That is no service if you don't solve the problem with the customer. Simply shameThat is not how it works. I bought for 170 € and now he can't write back anymore shame.

I was a bit skeptical at first when reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised when I received my clothes! They have been made to measure. Lovely team to assist you. Anish did an amazing job and always kept me in the loop. He even arranged a call to confirm the measurements and gave a few advices! The clothes were the same as in the pictures on the website and the delivery is also on time! Overall, I am satisfied and would definitely recommend to others, and order more from Indian cloth!

I was afraid when I started reading reviews minutes after my purchase. But they really delivered!
The team were there to help with any modification. I demanded refund for some of the items and I got it within 48hours and the remaining items arrived a day before the delivery time. I am very happy with them and I will be buying more stuffs from them. Thank you once again, guys!

I had talked to him for refund, but his strategy is to dubed your money through online transaction.

Arrived super fast and the quality of the clothes is really good. Also the staff is friendly and kind.

I received my order within 4-5 days it was really amazing how fast they deliver the goods And the fabric was super, exactly like the photos, one thing I didn't like is I thought the pants also will be semi stitch but it was stitched already so it didn't fit my mom but overall everything was super! I for sure i will order again!

Their service is disgraceful.UR item is not as per description. They flaw in their commitment 2 customers n on their special day. I hv been very patient 2 resolve. But now they've stoped taking my calls and responding to my messages. **PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE U BUY**these people promise me a stitched lengha which I paid 4. But thn they sent me unstitched after repeated request 2 share what size d lengha is.And it didn't bfit. Promise made 2 resend but thn refuse 3 wks b4 our function**absolute disgrace**

As I was looking for an outfit for an event, chose one on indianclothstore.com. Spoke to customer service about the outfit before ordering and gained confidence on delivery and quality. Missed answering questions about stitching on my email but the website contacted me on other contact and made sure they got the answer from me so they could deliver it to me on time. Customer service is awesome. Product is quite satisfactory. Felt a bit pricy for the quality I received. Overall a happy experience.

I ordered one beautiful Lahenga for my daughters 16th birthday. As I was not sure if I can get the piece delivered on time or not Shruti was very helpful coordinating and contacting me for every details. It looks exactly as promised, and sized according to the measurements I sent in. It was shipped on time in USA. I was very happy with the material and the design of it. The quality is really good. It was my first purchase ever from this site. I will continue shopping from this site going forward for any occasions. The price is reasonable too.
