To anyone who uploads content - to let you know meta have removed the search facility. That means any hashtags you use, don't mean anything, your content cannot be found because there is no search feature, you're shouting into the void

The user interface is the worst possible thing you can imagine. No search, no next page. Since no one can find your content, your photo album is essentially private. No one can find your content because they removed the search feature, which to be honest was always awful, but barely functional

Instagram are cowards. They hate pages that disagree with them politically or on moral issues and WRONGFULLY delete comments as SPAM when they are never violating their Community Guidelines.

Instagram is very blatantly censoring voices for the palestinian cause. 100s of 1000s of people have complained about it. Instagram loves to put up reel that get people inflamed, they do not allow you to voice your thoughts on these inflammatory videos. The moment you voice your thoughts in opposition to Instagram they shut your account down. Instagram for business is the best social media platform for me I personally really like because it is not just for sharing pictures,reels and stories but also I am working most of the time to promote the businesses and increase the sales. I run paid ads on Instagram see the insights of progress of that ad and the most important and great feature of Instagram business is that it allow us to targeted audience for our product and services as a result we get more sales so that is the most favourite thing which I like in this platform.

Firstly, please take a moment to review the numerous 5-star ratings on the App Store that curiously are worded identically and offer no positive feedback. Just more evidence of Meta's unscrupulous and suspect actions.
But my primary reason for posting is to address the significant and troubling impact this platform is having on our society and businesses. Our small business has been repeatedly victimized by their actions, as they've unjustly misappropriated funds. They accepted payments from our customers but failed to remit those payments to us. We devoted weeks attempting to resolve the issue, but our efforts only led to interactions with unhelpful AI generated responses that couldn't even grasp, let alone address, the concerns. We called and left messages begging for a response. But we could never reach a human. Eventually, some of the issues were resolved, I'm assuming on their own, but then the problems started all over again with multiple subsequent orders.
Despite persistent attempts to contact someone at Facebook/Instagram, we received no assistance, and they withheld over $1900 that rightfully belonged to us, funds paid by our customers that Meta failed to release. Our complaints to various agencies, yielded mostly no responses due to Meta's lack of accreditation with places such as the BBB. The Attorney General of California did eventually respond but provided no tangible solution, merely relaying a message from Facebook/Meta instructing us to contact them—WITHOUT ANY WAY TO DO SO. Infuriating.
Further infuriating, our paid ad campaigns, once effective, now yield no results, and our follower count is continually dropping, even when people are actively following us. And it is not the usual flux. If I hadn't experienced these issues firsthand, I would find it hard to believe, but it is indeed a reality.
Taking on these corporate giants feels like trying to repair a sinking ship as they retaliate with further damaging attacks. Meta operates with impunity, well aware that they can and will undermine your efforts—eventually sinking you. The situation is absolutely deplorable, and it's time we collectively address the lack of accountability these corporate giants have over our lives, our children, and our businesses. Let's take action.

Where do I even begin. Doomscrolling? The Addiction? The Bots? The Toxicity? Everyone knows by now that social media hijacks your brain by giving you a dopamine hit every time you get a like, comment or friend request, that is how they keep people coming back and how they make money. So basically Instagram is like drugs. Instead of meeting and interacting with people IRL you can pretend to be friends with a bunch of people you don't know. Every single one of those people is posting a carefully curated selection of photos to convince you they are rich, successful and beautiful and their life is like a movie. It makes me want to puke. So now everyone has become slaves to their phone, where they can have a digital alter ego of the person they want everyone to think they are.

If you are a business trying to grow it's basically impossible at this point. The site is oversaturated and there are too many people on the site and the algorithm keeps changing. I've been posting for a month and just getting above 80 real followers is basically impossible. Unless you are a huge corporation who can afford to pay them insane amounts of money you're not going to get results. Don't waste your time, the cool factor is long dead. By deleting your account you are much much cooler - and free.

There is a lot of inappropriate bots with scam links that are inappropriate and disturbing. The sites these message or whatever we're calling it sends you to is disturbing,pornographic,and gross. How is this app available to the general public?

Instagram always blocks all of my comments and then shut my page down for 48 hours to sometimes a week just because people like Kim Ogg, the Harris County District Attorney don't want me to comment and let people know the truth about the Justice System, so she lies and Instagram automatically shuts down my page for me p I posting the same thing that I've been posting for over two years without being shut down before... The only difference is that now Kim Ogg is running for District Attorney again and called in a favor to the people of INSTAGRAM... THOSE WHITE PEOPLE HELP EACH OTHER OUT.
