I cannot recommend this site enough. It usually has the best prices for games all around, even for really recent ones. Code delivery after purchase takes only a few seconds: some people complain that is slightly annoying and should be instant, but I dont see a problem with that. After you start using their service they even ask for a picture with your ID and their visible site, so you get the feeling they take security seriously.

Im not giving them 5 stars only because I would like more options in terms of platforms I want the games to be on: for most Ubisoft games Ive seen the codes were only available on Uplay, not Steam, and thats a bit inconvenient. Nonetheless, Instant Gaming is a great service.

I bought a whale shark card for GTA 5 online Xbox One from Instant-gaming.com. The card did not work. I entered it and it seemed to go through, but then I was shown the content the code was for was an outdated (and unusable) shark card bundle. The "funds" for GTA did not transfer to my game and then the code was marked as redeemed regardless. I contacted the business about this and was told to provide proof by taking a pic of the error message. I told them there was no way to do that as the error was long gone and the card marked as redeemed. They insisted I provide proof.

This website is selling scam products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I got refused to pay my games on this website because they do not accept virtual credit card services.

I tried to explain them the obvious reason why I use virtual card service ( to not get my credit card number stolen) but the customer service of istantgaming is so terrible that it's like talking to a wall: copy-pasting the same reply over and over again.

Instant gaming: why do you use multiple credit cards? We can't let you have the key if you don't answer.
Me: because it's virtual credit cards...

When it works the website gives you great discount, but you don't want to have to deal with their customer service.

I bought RocketLeague, at a sale price with 2 DLC packs included. The payment was taken from my account, and unfortunately the code they provided to "activate" on Steam did not work. I contacted support. They responded quickly, but were asking for identity verification. I haven't given them any other name or any reason to need to verify identity. Most websites will accept credit cards or not, without requiring some second step. They asked for a picture of my ID. I saw no reason to do this and asked for a refund. I was not issued a refund at all. SIMPLY PUT, this is a scam. They are trying to steal not just your money, but other details of your identity. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE or APP

I just purchased a game and they asked for my phone number to give a code through.

The code worked and around 5 minutes later, someone started accessing my smartphone and going through my apps. I turned my phone off, around 10 minutes later turned it on again and within around 2 minutes, someone again accessing my phone.

I am in the process of immediately changing my phone number, however it is difficult as I am currently looking for another job so potential lost opportunities there.

I thought it was too good to be true regarding prices, and it was. If you want to purchase from them, do so but don't give them your phone number, or address, or any personal information.

Sigh.

Here's how Instant-Gaming.com works: You make you payment, they take the money out of your bank account immediately (used the Skrill option). Then they tell you that you need to email them a photocopy of your ID. If you don't want to (and I don't), you can click cancel order. But it doesn't cancel your order. Instead, it takes you to the support page (because they do not have live support and there is no phone number to call them). Then you can leave a message to cancel your order. When they finally respond to the message, they tell you the refund can take up to 5 business days. It didn't take 5 business days for them to take the money, it took about 2 seconds.

Just wanted to edit to add: I got an email telling me they have issued a refund. Then it added that depending on my bank it could take up to 21 days to show up on my account. 21 days!?!? No, no it doesn't. It didn't take 21 days to reflect my bank account when they took the money. What, are you sitting on mass refunds in order to collect the float? I know that happens, I worked for a corporation that did it. And that's what I think this web site is doing.

WHY do they require photo ID to create an account with them? NO OTHER site like this does... Where are they based because the address is a high class business centre in Hong Kong and they wont be able to afford them rents!

I would say they are a sweat shop basement probably with several cheap end PC's running the show.

I dealt with them and in the end was disgusted with their customer service! If you look on sites that review them majority of the reviews are done with accounts that have only done ONE or TWO reviews! Meaning they are making these accounts to fake online reviews... The address isnt their real one and there is NOTHING online to tell you who is behind the site? There is NO telephone number... Would you really hand your ID and your credit card details to these... They are NOT governed by UK laws so they can do pretty much anything they want... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Try "Kinguin" its a similar site but they DONT ask for your ID or private details and they actually do have good coms

Me and my brother have been using instant gaming. I have not had any issues. I bought the sims 4 bundle off the site, choose a payment method. I used the skrill "guest" option. So because I was not registered on skrill it just charged an extra 66 cents. After I payed, no more than 30 seconds the cd key popped up. I went to origin an keyed it in, and it said it was successful. I waited for it to download which took about 20-40 minutes. I bought the bundle for Spa Day, Luxury Stuff, and Perfect Patio. Cost $26.57 plus skrill fee of 0.66 cents equal $27.23 I had total. After it was done, I noticed on their site a pop up showing when someone purchases an item and it updated and showed "last purchase of this item was 30 minutes ago". So it does show real-time.
