I was very happy with the delivery times of my order. The quality of the filament seems good, and I like the better quality of the rolls. The filament I was using for the last few years was good, but the change over to cheap cardboard rolls does not cut it anymore. IPrint 3D is competitive in price, and so far seems to be a better product.

Once my testing is done, I will be stocking up...

About as quick and painless as an online order can be, texted alerts for shipping and delivery, reasonable prices and lots of stock. This is now my supplier for filament.

Easy ordering and fast shipping. A pleasure to do business with. Still have to try the filament but when i do test it and it meet my needs (probably will) then i will use them for my filament supplier.

Fast customer service. From processing the order to shipping, they had it done within a few hours. The only thing that may improve service would be alternative shipping options. (DHL, PUROLATOR, UPS, ETC.)

First time order and filament works as expected. Will purchase from them again in the future. But if you wish a person to rate allow them to rate in less them 100 letters. If there is a minimum most will opt out.

The website is well developed which simplifies the purchase process. The filaments arrived quickly (5 days, in Quebec). Only problem, two out of four boxes of filament had the bag pierced. The bag seems to have been pinched (until cutting the bag) in the transport.

I ordered 9 rolls and when I finalized my order I got a call the next day because one of the colours I picked was out of stock. It was very considerate for them to call me directly to fix the issue as fast as possible. Amazing service. The filament itself prints great and I haven't had any issues
