I didn't receive my diamonds in Crush Crush from the Offer Wall, so I wrote this ticket to check why my diamonds weren't arriving, and they immediately sent me an answer email and they gave me the diamonds in game!
I wasn't expecting such an immediate and gentle response! Awsome!
I hadn't received the boss coins back. But after about 30 minutes they accepted the request and my boss coins were been added to my account.
Contacting support and following the proper steps goes a long way! I've gotten such great results from this app and it's by far the best app I've ever downloaded. I can't thank you guys enough for being attentive to my situations/concerns.
Unfortunately it is up to the companies discretion whether they honor the agreement. Even if ALL the required tasks are completed. Do not expect IRON SORCE to reward you. They most likely will not and they don't care, but they do reward you if it's a low amount... maybe. Overall DO NOT TRUST Them.

I followed each step and completed my purchase from one of the promotional stores. Never received my in game rewards, so i created a ticket.
Received an email stating that my support ticket was approved and I would see the rewards if I refresh/close the app. Did this several times and still did not receive anything.
I also purchase 3 other different promotional offers and received nothing. Submitted ticket along with proof of purchases and time stamp. Each request was rejected.
Terrible experience and a waste of time and money.
Wrote in my ticket that I had followed the steps, which includes restarting app. I'm told to restart my app. No surprise, it doesnt work. Then I'm asked to rate my positive experience without having checked if my issue has been solved. What a joke.

I was very dissatisfied with some of the apps I had downloaded because the just give you an obstacle after another obstacle. I practically had to tell them that I was going to delete all my apps. That's how I finally had one offer approved after being denied. Now here is another one where after initially winning and being told I would get my winnings. Now if I want to get my winnings I have wait 29d 11: h 45m to get my rewards. Take a look at the different screen shots I'm adding here. They are just providing one obstacle after another and another after another obstacle.
To achieve better results in top eleven I started to open the offer wall to boost my token balance. Of the options there iron source provided the best variety of promotions, the clearest indication of progress and the most reliable payouts. This time however my reward didn't arrive, but I went to support and a brief email bought me a quick and positive response. I'm happy and life goes on, thank you for the work you do and keep adding the offers

Completed a game but hadn't recieved my reward - Went to support, provided screenshots, recieved my reward within a few hours, No hassle, No back and fourth emailing and No further issues, All resolved quickly and with ease. 10/10

I had an issue where I had complete a task to receive rewards but never received the rewards. I waited a few days and then contacted them. I had a quick, easy, and friendly experience. Totally recommend
My problem with IronSource is that they are really not CUSTOMER support. They support the company that makes the offer available. It would be nice if they supported the customer and *tried* to get the company to fulfill the offer. I didn't give them fewer stars because in my game it says at the offer that the company reviews the screenshots etc and makes the determination, not IronSource. Oh well.
