My first experience with this company was pretty good when I sold a ps5 system. However this time I sent a note 20 ultra that was in beautiful condition with all original accessories in original box & all. Offer at first was $197.00 and to my amazement it went down to $52.00 for a bunch of technical bs they fed me! Rejected and am waiting for them to return my phone so I can sell privately for a real amount of money! Done with this company!

Holly $#*!! I just got a reduce quote from these guys on an iphone12 - unused. Unused I said - impeccable. The original quote was $185. The just sent a reduced quote - $45. "Your device was found to have several light to moderate scratches on the screen and/or body...Due to this finding, we would not be able to purchase this as a functional phone but as a non functioning device for parts" A complete fabrication guys an ladies. Believe me. These guys are ripping people like me and potentially you - just like the other posts say - Do not do "business" with them!
