I got 2 candles. One is Ocean Breeze and the other is Blind Date. 1st let's talk about the Ocean. The candle it self smells amazing. On the down side it doesn't fill a room with the scent. And my wooden wick keep going out. 2nd one Blind Date if you have ever gotten sick drinking "FireBall liquor" DO NOT GET THIS ONE. Smells just like the liquor. Also does not fill the air with it's smell. (Thank God on this one lol) if I could have I would have returned this one. I live in a small RV 30ft and had BOTH of them lit. And could not smell either one as I entered the RV. On the up side both my rings are beautiful $20 & $25 dollar value. So Atleast I got my $ back. Won't shop with them again

This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I didn't order during a holiday rush. I didn't order a ton of products. I ordered one candle that hasn't shipped yet (over 2 weeks after purchase). Tracking info just shows a label has been created, but after several weeks of this I reach out to their customer service. Their replies are either some auto-reply that doesn't even make sense, or a useless reply apologizing and repeatedly telling me the order will be filled in the order it was received with no expectations set. I asked them to stop sending me auto-generated replies and received an attitude-laced reply from someone who won't even put their name in their sig. Pathetic.
I have a very hard time believing these candles are that high in demand. At this point, I expect to receive a very $#*!ty candle and if the ring is better than a cracker jack prize I will be shocked.
I have to start positive. The candle is very nice smelling. Also clean burning. It does last a long time. As far as candles go it's a nice one and I'd recommend it as a candle... but... as far as the gimmick of giving you a quality piece of jewelry goes it's a piece of JUNK. They even sent me the wrong size. I told them a 9 they sent me a 6 so it's a double piece of JUNK. I guess the gimmick of giving you a piece of jewelry is a fun idea, but when you open it and it's not even a good piece of costume jewelry it's very disappointing. As far as purchasing another candle from them I don't think I will it's not worth the money they charge for the size candle so this is a one and done I don't recommend.
I order my candle January 6thj. It is Feb 22, and I still have not received my candle.
The tracking number says it is in California and has been there since January 14. I emailed them and asked for a refund and they told me it would take 8 weeks to get the candle. That was a lie. I never got it.

I got both my candles in a timely manner... but so didn't order in a peak holiday season. About a week, and they came today. I will come back and re-review about the rings. Until then... I am enjoying beautiful scents. And not hard to light if you have experience with wood wicks.
Bought the candle with a birthday gift card, just for kicks. Candle has no scent except if you are standing over it. Well the ring, I could have got in a gum ball machine for. 50 cents. They value card says its worth 30 bucks, but I guess you would pay that much in like an auction for it. I would buy this type of Candle for my 9yr niece but because of the fire hazard maybe not..
I ordered a candle from their website. Sounded like a cute idea... but my god it turned into a headache. I got the expected delivery date for the product which was 12 days after my original order. Sucked but whatever. THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED. The tracking on their website says it was delivered: but I never got it. I reached out to customer service WHO WAS EXTREMELY SHORT, RUDE, AND WOULD NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. They insisted that it was delivered and that it was my fault. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I am out of $25 dollars with no product! STAY AWAY!
Your company is pathetic, 1st my candle order doesn't make it before Christmas, Then you say you'll get a free diamond with your order if received after Christmas, Which I did not receive, Then I contact you about the free diamond I did not receive, Then 23 days later you ship And I received a package with this free diamond, Open it, take it out of the foil, Then pull the little bag out of the bottle, And it's empty, Is this a joke. Or just your customer service and your company is just a joke.
If you don't want to give a free diamond then don't even offer one.

They valued my three rings at $50., $30. And $25., but they look really cheap, like little kids rings. We received them within a week, but not happy with the cheapness.
I ordered a candle for my son's girlfriend on December 4th. It is now January 5th and I still do not have a candle nor can I get a response via email or by calling. I got an email saying the shipping label had been created back on December 10th - but nothing has happened since then. I am asking for a full refund but nobody will return my email or calls. This company is ridiculous. If shipping actually takes this long, they should have said it on their website in early December so you wouldn't order for Christmas!
They need to STOP advertising immediately because they are unable to fulfill orders from Black Friday and it's after the New Year! They are blaming postal carrier for orders not going out! They refuse to tell you when you will get your order but will gladly take your money! These candles were meant to be a fun gift, they don't smell great or offer amazing jewelry. They are mostly a fad that will soon fade when it's realized that they don't fulfill orders within a reasonable time. Next stop BBB, because they aren't doing the right thing.
I wanted to but unique and different type gifts that I mostly always buy, I saw jackpot candles and was like my Christmas gift can be a two is one a candle plus a little surprise. I made a big order to take care of all girls and ladies in my family on 12/14/2020 noted my order ship on 12/16/2020, the tracking number was emailed and the order is still waiting to be shipped and it's 12/30. I emailed and the response was tracking take 5-10 days to show up and a tracking number is automated assigned when the order comes through, which is trash, and the email is just an automated response because they didn't respond when I replied back it's been over 10 days and then I called, the guy seemed concerned and said he was going to send a message to warehouse, put me on hold came back and verified my info and said I should received a email noting my package has shipped, no email and package is still waiting to be picked up by UPS. I sent an email to cancel and to get a full refund, wouldn't you know I received the same email -Tracking take 5-10 business days to show. I am so bombed out by this, because I was so excited about the candles and plus I was on time. This company is so trash right now to me, and I'm receiving email everyday about discounts and hurry now to order-like you will get the package. Order at your own risk!
I ordered candles on December 7 received a notification on the 17th the shipping label has been created in today it is December 24 and they still have not been shipped. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift that clearly will be here well after Christmas. I ordered Christmas scents Which will not be necessary considering when they will be delivered. I sent a note to the company and got a terrible response. Do not order anything from this company it's terrible. Total rip off

I thought I would try a different candle company for the holiday season. Placed order, and that's where it kind of stopped. Placed it well in advance that I would or well Should receive it before Xmas. Well I was wrong. Going into 3 weeks ( now its Tuesday of xmas week) and nothing, stalemate. I reached out few times and I do believe they been heavy on the order side, what doesn't help snow storm hit NE as they ship from NY blanketed the region so now it's a even longer wait. I may give them another go around later on in the year and hope shipping goes quicker second time around.
My daughter wanted scented candles for Christmas. Besides buying regular scented candles, I thought those surprise ones would be an added bonus. I ordered the candles from this company on Dec. 7 and have not received any notification of shipping or the items. They already took my money and they have not responded to my email. Do not buy from this company even if they look legit. Horrible.
I ordered one candle a week has gone by and they haven't shipped it yet but refuse to cancel my order this was a Christmas Gift and now they can not guarantee it will arrive in time for Christmas it was ordered on the 7th it is now the 14th and they say it will not ship for another 3 days..
I placed two orders and after calling and emailing support to cancel one of the orders, they completely refused. They said they would not refund me so I asked if they could at least combine the orders so they are shipped out together (saving on shipping costs). I was told they would do this, then later get two shipping tracking numbers. I contacted the company again to find out what happened and they said there are no notes on the account and the order was already shipped, so theres nothing they could do. Multiple attempts via calling and email have all given the same result. Avoid this company if you care at all about customer service.

Once in a while, I get addicted again to these candles with hidden rings or jewelry. It is fun to see what you end up with, even though most of the time, it's something "meh". Jackpot candles advertises their strong scents. Either my nose doesn't work or the candles have a barely discernible scent. The rings I got were cheap, although one was rated at $35. Ha! 2 of the rings did not have the code that you can look up to see the price. These candles in full size are in the $25.00 range, bath bombs with jewelry $16, and small candle tins around $16.
I'm old enough to know better. If I saved the money i spent on these candles, I'd have enough money to buy a decent ring myself! I'm going to try to put a photo of the $35 appraised ring on this review. Judge for yourself.
The silvery things on the sides are just bumps of whatever metal used. The stone is pink. If you want it, let me know.
It's not that Jackpot items are bad, but they are just on par with the other jewelry in a candle companies.
