Recently, my wife bought two expensive silver rings as gifts for my Birthday. My wife brought ring of mine to insure right size. The first ring was okay. The second ring, my wife had custom made. When she looked at it after engraving she noticed the design was faint and they said they would correct.They also said they would have to order another blank one to get size. IT WAS WRONG SIZE. Larger a 10 instead of a 9. They said, " oh well, that happens, we'll re-size. What should have been a few days to down size from a 10 to a nine took over a week. I called and they said," oh well, we'll get to it." When my wife picked up ring the detail was faint on design and she was heartbroken. Their manager, daughter of owner was haughty and uncaring and never once apologized just passing the buck to a poor sales girl. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND CAUTION OTHERS AS WELL
