I love there no touch faucets! So easy to use! Just wave the top of your hand over it and it turns on! Super easy installation and makes life a whole lot easier!

Quick and responsive customer service. We have had our Juno shower for four years and we needed a small replacement part. Their customer service team made it quick and easy to get the part. I should note that the reason we needed a replacement part was our fault.

Like the LED lights feature. They're pretty nice and adds nice touch to the whole bathroom. The delivery was late, but since we're enjoying it a lot, that can be overlooked.

It is easy to install and works as a charm. My kids always do sleep walk and grab their blankets too to the toilet and sometimes they don't close the tap too. So this always bother my sleep time. That's why I wanted to try this Juno's automated faucet Sensor and now I feel more safe with this product. It's a great quality one and I would recommend it.

Installed a new faucet in my bathroom. When the water is on low, the water would run down the spout and collect on the counter. This was not acceptable or something I was willing to live with. Removed the faucet and boxed it up to return the defective product. I have been trying to work with the company on the return and they just say no. Since I did not take a video of the problem, I cannot return it. Their site says there is a one year warrantee on their products. Guess this is not true along with their claim for 100% customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of my issues. The Customer Service Manager Carissa has been useless in the process.

Durable products! Very easy to install. Took about an hour to install 2 facuets and a shower head. Amazing customer service. Very reputable company.
