SURPRISED THAT THEY WERE BETTER THAN LLBEAN! IN HELPING WITH A RETURN AND EXCHANGE... GREAT PEOPLE! THEY HAD SOMEONE CHECK IN THE BACK AND THEY BROUGHT WHAT I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR TO ME AT THE FRONT DESK... NOBODY DOES THAT!
Used to be a great place to shop back in the day. A strong competitor for walmart and target. Now all the stores, or whats left are just a joke.
Sometimes you need things that are basic or to satisfy a short term need. Kmart.com stocks things that fit the bill. No muss, no fuss, no need to blow a big wad. Its for those of us that have a quickie mentality. Like Walmarts, its a good source for the type of junk that gets the job done on the fly. Go on the site, zip in and zip out. But keep in mind, you get what you pay for. If youre looking for something to grow old with, you probably wont find it here. Cest la vie.
I used to like Kmart and I still do but since they have closed the ones that are closest to me I no longer have one to go to. I need something in town besides Walmart. They went down as soon as they hooked up with Sears. I could of told you this was a bad move.
I go to kmart everyday. It is the best time when i go, i smile everytime i go the workers help me. They have the best deals.
This store Is the worst store in urbandale, Iowa and the world! The product hey have there are Garbage! Especially the electronics! I bought a computer laptop there! I was told it was new! Not refurbished!- but it was a lie! From day one it started to fall apart! And didn't even last a few months before it stopped working for good! And the cameras there are not worth buying either! Management is horrible! The most evil manager there is a lowlife criminal who discriminates against anyone who is religious or a good christian even though their a steady customer! He will try to get you to stop witnessing in front of his store by trying to get u evicted from your home in order for u to stop! If u live right across from the store! At the worst motel in urbandale, Iowa!- the motel relax! Both owners discriminates against christian people! That's wrong and a crime! Everyone should know that!- including them! Yet he didn't even care! The manager there is pure evil! And his evil plans and the motel landlord didn't work to get me out and be homeless! Thank God for that!- they're plan failed! But shame on them both for trying! I'm so glad I will never be their customer ever again! Kmart is the most wicked and discriminating store in the world! Avoid this one! Beware!
Getting dated. Kmart used to be a go to store for our family. Over the last few years their stores have been looking very dated and not keeping up with their competition. Always feel that the stores are about ready to close down and go out of business.
Not what it used to be. In the 1980's this was the store to go to. Now their selection is poor, customer service is not great and they were the first to abandon their great photo developing service.
Products sold hear Re not the cheapest but are however the best quality even for the prices I love kmart
They live far away so we order for them alot... birthdays, Christmas, etc. Always find a good selection and prices, and shipping. Can use points and discounts
Wonderful collection! I really love their designs. Every items are gorgeous and eye catching! They give a very good service. No hassles at all! Try it. Cause I'm satisfied!
They cashiers have a hard time ringing up clearance items, they keep needing overrides from managers. They should change their system.
First lets discuss wal martians and thier sad staff. Wal-Mart: I smiled at the people greeter didnt greet me or anyone else. She stood there like a zombie looking straight! At Wal-Mart I see people moping around with frowns, yelling at their kids, and everyone looks depressed. In my experience, the difference in cleanliness between the two chains is dramatic, especially the bathrooms. I brought my son into the bathroom at Wal-Mart and it was so nasty
I can get in and out at Kmart without a hassle, the prices are similar. I would rather pay more at kmart and not deal with the horrible customers and staff at wal mart. Bought my freezer, pcs, exercise machine and many other items at wal mart. The pet food is cheaper and i get points toward future purchases. They both sell pizza in Spokane valley store. Kmart lil Caesars is great and made fresh, the service is 2nd to none. The wal mart pizza is disgusting
I received a K-Mart item as a gift and wanted to return it. The price had been removed but it still had its K-Mart tag. I simply wanted in store credit, but policy states you must have a receipt or gift receipt. Long trip for nothing.
Kmart has always been at the low end of retailers. Their service in the store is less than satisfactory, in my experience. The quality of the merchandise is mediocre. I most alway pass them by.
Dont have a local store now so I just go online and get what I want at the price I love. Miss my local Kmart
I bought a TV from a store and when I opened it up the TV was used and they tried to tell me I bought a new to replace my broken old one. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
They have always been good competition for Walmart! Good prices and good products. I wish there was one closer to us. I have noticed they do not come up in web sales searches on Google Shopping. They need to expand into it.
