Please don't invest as they are full of scam. Firstly, they can not allow to use any trading platform. We must have to download from them. They claim no fees if you have 3 or more open trades. I lost $20K to them, they will eat your money away working sneakily in the background. Very difficult technical support. My advice to newbies in the crypto world is to consider alternative investment options. I wanted to start using Kraken to purchase cryptocurrencies. I tried to connect my bank for ACH information and when I did they asked of for Additional KYC information.

After I provided everything they requested (no bank info) I got notified that my account was being closed within 72 hrs and that I needed to withdraw all funds from the account. When I asked for an explanation all I got was, "We know how your feel", "We understand your frustration." (Bravo Sierra)

I can understand for closing my account for any reason, but not providing a reason and telling me "We know how you feel" is more frustrating then telling me we are going to close your account because we do not want your business or whatever.

If they do not want my business... fine. I will go somewhere else, but taking my KYC information and not providing me with an explanation deserves a negative star and a SCAM warning.

Fyi. I am copying and pasting this on all reviews I can find...That's how frustrated the situation is...and KRAKEN don't tell me, "We understand your frustration.". That is just a load of Bravo Sierra.

Purchased Bitcoin via their platform and went back to purchase more to find my account locked. Questioned this move to be told I'm banned for life without reason. Promised refund 15 emails and 2 months later, nothing, not even any more of their BS lies. My next step is to report to governing body.

What I noticed today is they have excellent references unless you happen upon a site (like this and trust pilot) and customers give truthful ratings confirming garbage company who refuse to refund money deposited.

I thought I have lost all hope of trading, because my accounts was locked with 5000$ inside I contacted the support system for their guidance on how I will unlocked my account but I never get a reply from them, all thanks to 'edge top hub.digital'' who come to my aid and I get my money back within few days I also pay for a recovery fee which I don't regrets of paying, I'm really happy.

Kraken is a scam platform. I deposited £******* worth of bitcoin but unfortunately I couldn't withdraw a dime from it. Had my account closed without explanation and was given only 72 hrs to close the account. Here is what they sent via e mail to me over a wire transfer into my account which they acknowledged in my Kraken account transactions but it never showed up in my account balance.
"Unfortunately, we must inform you that we will be closing your Kraken account. For security purposes we cannot disclose the reason for this action. Kindly note that you may no longer use our services. We appreciate your understanding. Your deposit is being returned to your sending bank, please double check your bank statement for confirmation of the return."

Kraken did return all my funds including the wire that never showed up into my account.

I originally opened my Kraken account with a small wire transfer from my bank account & everything went smoothly. Bought some Bitcoin and paid a small bill, all with no problems. I sent a second wire transfer of +$******* to fund my account with the identical info on the bank wire to pay a large bill. The transfer showed up in my Kraken account transactions but not in my account balance. I called customer support & they said it will be handled via e mail from, their "special team". You CANNOT talk to the special team, only via e mail for security purposes? Sending info about my account transactions over the open internet via e mail IS NOT SECURE. After 6 phone calls to support without resolution, I reluctantly sent my info anyway via e mail and got the above account closure e mail with NO EXPLANATION. I talked to customer service afterward and demanded to speak to a supervisor or manager. Told no one was available. I tried to call later many times phone and got a busy signal but I was able to get thru on my wife's phone. I think they blocked me.
BEWARE OF KRAKEN. In my opinion, the Kraken platform is NOT secure and their customer service resolves issues by closing your account and bans you.
If I paid the bill in Crypto in 3 days, I got a big discount (+$4000). I lost that discount due to Kraken ineptness.

I tried to exchange crypto in this platform($#*!) but they block my account so that I couldn't withdraw my crypto. So I called $#*! support but they told me their support team would reply via email. But there was NO any email from this S-H-I-T guys
I am afraid if this $#*! guys has ability to solve this issue and they are playing game with our fund...

Garbage company! I tried to open an account and transfer funds. I complied with their every request in the most transparent fashion, then got turned down and my account was closed with no explanation. The whole ordeal took 3 weeks. Don't waste your time with this exchange.

Scammer site, Don't even bother putting any $ into it, support is completely useless, they have no idea about what they're talking about, they're changing rules about referrals every single day without informing you, so you can't ever complete it, worst crypto site experience in my entire life

I started with investing $350,000 and went up to professional and when I tried to withdraw, nothing happened, they didnt pay me. And the site went down.
