Bought 2 bedside lamps. Defective switch on one and don't expect the 2nd to last long. Switch quality in inferior.
They want you to return the defective lamp before they send a replacement, which is inconvenient. We did not keep the box. Who would have thought they were selling merchandise of that quality.
Talked to a gentleman named Mario, very nice & competent and he sold us another lamp and explained that credit would be issued when the defective item is returned.
Not thrilled, but I can live with the return process, what I'm dissatisfied with, is the lack of oversight in their purchasing group. I understand cheap imports but a twist of the lamp switch knob would have made it clear that this is not a safe item to introduce to the consumer market.
I ordered a fountain from Lamps plus and was unhappy. When I called they completely tried to cast off the problem to the manufacturer, Henri fountains. After I explained to them that they were the store front I purchased from and they should stand by the products they sell, they agreed to contact Henri. Henri did nothing to rectify and lamps plus did nothing as well. The pictures do not show that the summit piece is ruff cut acrylic that looks very unfinished. This product looks cheap when not running. The top stone even has the groves for another spacer. It looks unfinished, like you forgot to add the last stone and spacer on it. Henri will not work with unsatisfied customers to remedy nor would they update their pictures to reflect an accurate depiction. In addition to the summit of the fountain, the lighting is very cheaply made. You have to be inches from the sensor to use the remote. I was even willing to deal with the rest of the poor craftsman ship if they would just send met another stone stack and spacer. They wouldn't even consider it. They said I could go purchase one. I refuse to give either company another cent. I have had 3 neighbors as me about my new fountain and I have warned them all not to do business with Lamps plus nor Henri fountains. An expensive fountain that, other than the weight and stone casting, looks cheap. Very disappointed in the product and Henri's inability to stand by it. They wouldn't even look at my pictures.
They ship fedex without signature. Buyer beware because if your package is misdelivered Or lost by fedex you have NO recourse. Lamps plus will NOT replace or refund item. Fedex will decline your claim because the package was delivered! I wonder if they are both in cahoots to rip customers off!
I ordered a set of three lamps. Two table lamps and a matching floor lamp. The top section of the table lamp had no threading, and therefore couldn't be assembled. Customer service told me that I had to repurchase all three lamps, switch out the defective floor lamp, Fed Ex the lamps BACK to them and wait 7-10 business days for a refund. All on my own time, OR find someone in rural Massachusetts to fix the lamp after they give me a partial refund. We'll see how this goes. THEY SUCK!
I have been waiting for 3 supposedly pick up days,, was sent emai twice saying they had been picked up,, now they are telling me there is some sort of mixup and pickup will not be until next week,,, that will be one week after first pickup date,,, would never do business with them again!

I bought a floor torchiere lamp in Sept. 2019. In April 2020, the dimmer switch quit working. I contacted the company and was instructed to ship it back for an exchange. Shipping was prepaid, but I had to purchase boxes/packing materials as I threw away the original box months ago. It cost me about $20 for the shipping materials and I wasn't reimbursed for this expense. Within a week of receiving my defective lamp, I was informed my re-order was cancelled as the item was out of stock permanently. They offered to refund my credit care for the lamp purchase. I was informed before returning the item it was still in stock. Lamp looked very elegant and had a great finish, but the quality was lacking. I will not order again from this company due to this poor experience.

Have been a repeat customer on five other occasions never have had a problem until now. Ordered a light fixture online like I always do received the lamp it was incorrect. Called customer service talked to Mariel explained what happened. Was told have to take a picture of incorrect lamp and I would have to go to fedex to ship back the lamp. Asked if they could expedite the correct lamp was told they needed the incorrect lamp back first ( thanks for the trust lamps plus) I feel they should have expideted the lamp I bought first and then if I didn't return the incorrect lamp they charge me for it. Their are outher lamp outfits out there so I will try another

It is correct that we cannot ship a new item before the return is received, and that is a systematic procedure. This company has an extensive list of lighting fixtures for every aspect to enhance, illuminate a home. They are experienced and very helpful. Each item I ordered has been shipped on time and packaged very well carefully including items I have purchased from their open box collections. I have never experienced a negative or disappointment with Lamps Plus.
I would highly recommend this company. I recently wrote a review that i was upset that they did not replace a broken globe. That i did not open a little over 2 months due to a lot of family matters. After writing a bad review and contacting people I got it replaced. Everyone was very nice and they took care of me. I have at least 8 of their lamps they are beautiful and well made. I will continue to get all my lamps here and will recommend them.
I bought two matching way lamps for my living room end tables called Onyx Night-light Table lamps items#*******. I fell in love with the beautiful design of lamps after I first laid eyes on them & to have built-in night light was a plus. Well sad to say, I had issues with using 3 way bulbs settings in lamps from the beginning & 7 months ago the 3 way setting does NOT work any more at all. Any other words, no more night light. That sucks! I have lost all confidence in ordering items from LampsPlus. You know their prices are not cheap!
Ordered online and wanted to return to a local LampsPlus store. Was told I had to ship back to their warehouse. Had to pay Fed Ex charges for a low quality piece of furniture that I was not happy with. Very bad customer service LampsPlus.

I had a question. The first product specialist was supposed to call back but didn't. The second prod. Spec. Called back twice but with incorrect info. The third prod. Spec. Knew less than the first two! All were very pleasant but were apparently being given incorrect info. Product range is quite good, thus the four stars.
I bought a 56" Possini Vengeance #8482; LED Chrome Ceiling Fan and Handy Ceiling Fan Installation. The delivery was fine. The installation never happened. On November 1st.the professional left me waiting for hours. When I called they said they could not find out why the professional wasnt in my house. They reschedule for November 2nd. The professional did not showed up again. No follow up, no notices, nothing! When I called (several times) they did not know what to say and offer to reschedule again. I cancel the professional installation and requested the money back for the installation ($150). They asked for 5-7 business day. When I called again on 11/13 they told me that they never processed the refund (could not explain why either). The person on the phone processed my refund and asked me for 5-7 business day. Today 8 days later still no refund. No calls, no follow up, no feedback, no one answers the emails. Completely disrespect
